In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. I would also recommend stearing clear of all of Tim's companies: Tim's complete landscaping management and rain pros.

They communicated every step of the way and made sure the project was done right. After excavating the driveway and putting in the gravel, Colby came back twice to ensure that the gravel was level and there was no puddling. Fantastic! Then, when it came time to do the coloring for the patio, they took the time to make sure the weather was going to allow the color to cure. I was impressed that they took the time to do the job right, even though it meant waiting a couple weeks for the rain to subside long enough to do it. I first used this company for irrigation purposes in 2024, and Jeanet's team provided reliable…read morecommunication and service, so I continued to use them for my irrigation services in 2025 and into 2026. They gave me a bid in March 2026 for some sprinkler relocations and for installation of a drip system. The cost was $1650 which I promptly paid. But the drip system never worked, and after asking many times to have it fixed, I was ghosted by Jeanet Ramirez and never received another text. Finally Ricardo responded, suggesting my water pressure might be too high, and that he thought installing a filter might fix the problem. He said he would do that, Then he didn't show up, and ultimately ghosted me too. So I figured my only recourse would be small claims court, and once I suggested that, he then responded and told me my location was too far away for him to service (never mind all the services already provided). His exact words: "we're very busy, and since we don't get paid for this (a new service), and there's no guarantee, it's an extra job for us." So let me get this straight: after almost two years of doing work for me (satisfactorily I might add), all of a sudden there is no guarantee of work for which I promptly paid, there is a failure to communicate, and I have a broken drip irrigation system. I honestly have no idea how this relationship went off the rails, and I can not recommend them. It's not like I forced them to work for me; they volunteered, gave me a bid which I accepted and paid for. Ricardo now thinks I'm a problem because I live too far away; that is not a statement of someone who values accountability. Caveat emptor.
