The air flow from the registers read 80. I had a very positive experience with Todd from Rincon. When I showed him the figures, he speculated my AC was low on refrigerant. He gave me a price estimate assuming refrigerant had to be added to the AC unit. After checking pressure readings on my AC unit, he added two pounds of refrigerant to the AC unit and the air flow temperature started coming down. He then checked for possible leaks and found one which he was able to repair. During the time he was working, Todd answered my questions which helped me better understand what to expect regarding my AC unit. I am delighted to report that the inside temperature eventually dropped down to the thermostat setting and the air flow coming from the registers was 20 degrees cooler than the inside temperature. Todd indicated that is what I should expect. The next day everything is working as expected. The Inside temperature matches the thermostat setting and the air flow from the registers is 20 degrees cooler than the inside temperature. Todd was easy to communicate. He was able to repair the leak and didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated. I will be requesting him for any future servicing my AC might need.

My neighbor recommended this company, and as the temperature was climbing it way to 108 (again), Frank answered my call on the first try. He listened to my concern and advised that he would have a technician there in about an hour and a half. The technician, Hunter, arrived onetime, and was professional and detail oriented. He thoroughly cleared the clogged drain and, what I really appreciated is that he took the time to verify his work by intentionally introducing a gallon of water into the catch pan to ensure that it promptly (and correctly) drained the water from the system. The price they charged was very fair. Beyond the reasonable price, I will stress less about this occurring again anytime soon due to the confidence I have in the work completed by Hunter.
