They never mentioned anything about the damage to his nail when picking him up. Upon returning to get some type of refund, apology or credit, the staff/manager stated that "it happens" and pointed out the dog in her arms even had a nail trimmed too short as well. My dog (a shelter rescue) was already scared of nail trims due to apparent mistakes from previous owners. I had always cut them a bit lower myself to make sure he never bled and to attain some level of trust. Now all the work I had built towards trust was ruined by mistreatment from this team at PetSmart. Completely unacceptable. No remorse. No apologies. Manager just casually smiled while saying "The most we can do is a free nail grinding next time." Last thing I'd ever want them to do is go near my dogs nails again. The blood stained backseat will be a permanent reminder to never go back for grooming at PetSmart again.

If I didn't live so far this would be my regular store for sure! This Tractor Supply Store is about 15 minutes off of highway 75 and about 5-6 minutes from highway 41. The building itself sits in a space all by itself and if you plug it on google map you should have no problems finding it. One of the nice things I really like about this TSS is the factor that you can park right up in front of the store. (The other TSS that I frequent has a firelane and heaven forbid I have to walk...) I came in to grab a bag of deer corn and a bag of farm feed. I was greeted by the busy cashier and at one point I had 3 floor associates helping me out with an item. My cashier was super friendly and offered to help me to my car with my items but I declined because I'm a secret Marvel super hero! Thanks TSS...you guys rock!

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup. They said they some 4x5 rolls of cow hay at $40 dollars a roll and some at $90 a roll. I went with the cheaper one and that was a mistake. I looked pretty bad, but I was hoping it would get me through the week till I could located a new source. Nope, cows want eat this junk,,,, it should listed and sold as mulch hay,,,its not fit for cows or goats. I could understand if I bought this from some random farm dude off market place but to buy this at a farm store should be a crime. They know its junk and should have gotten rid of it last year.
