Will hopefully be moving in within the next week with my fiancé serg and let me just say, Cathryn and Natasha have been so amazing through the entire experience. I don't normally leave reviews but I've trying to get ahold of someone in this office for over a week now. JUST TO VIEW AN APARTMENT. I could imagine if I was a resident trying to get in contact with property management about a more pressing matter. Never a good sign when you're looking to rent from a company that seems to never be available. It can't just be an "apartment thing" because I've called Cobblestone Creek like 3 different times today and each time a very nice woman picked up and answered all of my questions. This place is just as nice and better price but they won't pick up the phone. Apartment living already comes with its typical problems so this is already not a good sign. At this point I'd prefer you not even return my many phone calls & voicemails. I need to move ASAP so this was a time sensitive natter. Such a SHAME. Do better! read more

I moved into these apartments in November of 2024 and it has been such an amazing experience, I cannot recommend these apartments enough. Natasha is the BEST property manager she truly cares about the tenants and is always so prompt to help with anything you may need. 10000/10 recommend living here! read more

Horrible Management experience. This is an Email I just sent one of the supervisors Natasha (who is never available on site or anywhere). We also had a very negative encounter with her. She was very rude: rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, looking away and asking us to leave because she did not have time for my husband to finish his sentence. Hello Natasha, We will not be moving forward with this apartment and would like a refund for our $300 deposit. My husband and I have many reasons for taking this decision and they are as follows: 1- We could not contact you at all over the past 2 weeks and I am really good at finding a way to contact people. We tried calling (at least 15 times), leaving voice mails, emailing lots of times from different websites. We even went to the property countless times (at least 8 times) at different times during the day. I, personally left a physical note with my name and phone number on it on your desk as the IT guy opened the door one of the times. You did not get back to us, not once. Even after leaving a PHYSICAL NOTE! We wanted to discuss a showing or ask when a showing would be available. We met 3 different neighbors, on different occasions. We met with construction workers on site and even the IT guy. The only time I reached you was when we paid a deposit for the house we haven't yet seen and the only reason we did that was because we thought it was refundable and there was no other way of contacting you. That was the only time you replied back through this email. 2- We had a negative customer experience. You were very offended when we told you we couldn't reach you and asked us to leave. You were rude to my husband rolling your eyes and huffing and puffing. He even asked you if he was offending you at one point as you cut him off and said "This seems like this is going to be a long conversation and I have another meeting so.." You took that we 'couldn't get to you' personally, even though we were just stating a fact. Even though you tried apologizing before we left because you thought the conversation was 'argumentative' we really did not appreciate the way we were handled as customers which made us rethink how we would be dealt with if we had a problem in the apartment one day if we had moved in. 3- We did not like the apartment when we finally saw it. Seeing the apartment in real life is not like on drawings or pictures online. One needs to get a feel of the home they will be living in. As soon as we walked in, there was a wall in the middle of the apartment, which we really did not like and made us feel it was smaller than it really is. I see only old reviews dating as far back as 2016 in the 4-5 star range and I feel I should give an updated review. I have lived here since 2019 and fully support a 5 star rating. The office staff (Cathryn and Natasha) are on top of everything and any minor issues (such as lease renewal) are resolved within hours (there are no major issues). If I call with a maintenance problem (dead microwave, burnt out oven light are my only examples) Gerald has it fixed within 24 hours. General maintenance is carried out on a routine basis (furnace filter replacement, smoke detector testing and replacement are every 6 months or so). The exterior walls and windows are washed annually, maybe every 6 months. Gardeners are here on a weekly basis. The pool and spa are very well maintained. The place is pet and kid friendly which I like even though I am 80 y/o. I am not aware of any break-ins or crimes in this gated complex. Neighbors are friendly or at least pleasant. If you can find a rental here, you are blessed. read more

This is my favorite apartment complex; it's the first one I've ever lived in, but I'm so blessed to be able to call this my home. Cathryn Barone, the apartment manager, is an absolute sweetheart. She made the process so easy for my family and I. This is a quiet, peaceful community. I've only lived in these apartments for 3 and a half months but they're fantastic. They're always listening to their tenants. Hardly anything ever goes wrong, but their so on top of the maintenance and anything you may need. I'm blessed to be able to live here. It's so close to the mall, grocery shopping, food, everything you need. I don't picture myself needing to move anywhere else for a very long time. I love this apartment complex. read more

My wife and i lived here for almost 2 years, hands down one of the nicest apartment complexes i have lived in. The newly remodeled apartments are outstanding, both week and weekend managers are very helpful with any and all aspects of the rental/paperwork process. The maintenance guy at my old complex was a jerk, not so with the nice guy Dino, very helpful and respectful of personal space and work schedule. All in all my only problem with this place was the parking situation, and it has nothing to do with the complex. It was the housing track across the street would fill up the street parking. Like i said no fault on the complex for that. Again beautiful place to live. read more

So I was pretty happy the first month or so living here. Move in was easy and pleasant. I like the inside of my apartment despite the few things here and there that were not finished or fixed but I guess that's to be expected in an apartment. However, these last few months have not been the greatest at all. My apartment wreaks of marijuana a lot of the time to the point it gives me and my son a headache. My son has asthma and I have bad allergies so obviously not a good combination. There is a basketball court near me which is not a problem at all, except when it's 10 o'clock in the evening and I'm trying to sleep. Pretty nerve wracking to hear a ball bouncing over and over while trying to sleep. The newest issue is that they left notices on cars that were parked in uncovered parking places stating guests could only use those parking spots from 8am to 5pm. So if you're a resident, and there just so happens to be two people that own cars, one of you has to park on the street because only guests get to park in the uncovered parking areas. I've never lived in an apartment complex that said you can't park in the uncovered stalls and are meant only for guest. I have a car and my son has a car. Why shouldn't he be able to park inside the complex? He lives here. I didn't agree with this new rule so I called the office. Someone said they would have someone else call me to discuss. No one has called me to date. I honestly had high hopes for this place and hoped to live here for awhile. I don't see that happening. read more

We recently went through the application process with the management of these apartments. We do not have the best credit because of past medical bills and student loans but other wise that is it. After giving us hope that those two things are not held against you they ended up doing just that and holding it against us. We had also explained to management that we had good rental history at our past apartments for the two years we were there but the last few months new management had taken over and pretty much kicked out over 60% of the current tenants. They had harassed not only my husband and I but my 13 year old daughter and 6 year old daughter. There was major discrimination going on and talk of a class action law suite against them. We explained all this up front before we even paid the application fees. We were trying to save money if there was no hope. We were up front with the management of Greenback Terrace and we were told that they would not check with them as it would not be necessary and they understood the new manager at our past apartments had personal issues with us. We let the management of Greenback Terrace know that the manager at our old apartments would lie and say nothing but bad things against us. We were not hiding anything and we were trying not to waste money as we are currently homeless. Needless to say, unless you are perfect in all ways i would not put your money down for application fees here. It will be a waste of time and money. It is sad that these management companies have so much control over the rights of regular people being able to get housing for their children. It is like unless you are perfect you and your children do not deserve to have a roof over your head. Thank you for reading this. read more

I love these apartments!! The manager is friendly, helpful, and professional. They address concerns very quickly. My apartment is clean, safe and nice. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Easy to lease, easy to live. The only downside is the fitness center is only open during the office's business hours. Aside from that, great place to call home!! read more

Been living here since before the renovation. Cathryn is an amazing landlord/front office manager. My concerns have always been handled without question and if anything has ever gone wrong they fix it immediately. Over the few years I've been here they have added a gym that is scan card accessible, basketball court, dog park (very animal friendly here) ... and Redone the buildings and interiors, etc. They have a playground and are currently re-vamping the pool and spa area with a complete make over. I love it here and have even found it difficult looking at homes to rent because i fear i will not have as good of an experience with any rental property or company as i have here @ Greenback Terrace. They set the bar high for apartment living and everyone including maintnence workers are honest and friendly 100% of the time. I recommend these apartments over any other complex and prior to moving here over 3 years ago i had rented from quite a few myself. Make the move to Greenback Terrace you won't be disappointed. read more

My husband and i have been looking for apartments to move into and as soon as we showed up here we fell in love. It's thankfully in a gated community and has the cutest little playground area. The manager we spoke to was very helpful. She showed us the whole property and answered all of our questions. The apartment we toured was amazing! It's fully updated with stainless steel appliances (which i love), and just the feel of it was very homey. We're definitely going to apply here for a place to call our home! I moved in 2 months ago with a couple roommates, and it has been a very enjoyable experience as my first apartment. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and whenever we have had a maintenence problem, they are fast to fix it and email us a confirmation that it was completed. The complex is pretty and well kept, and the fact that it is gated makes us feel safe and secure, and the apartments are very nice on the inside as well. I highly recommend Greenback Terrace apartments for anyone! read more

Not a bad place to live, just not worth the exorbitant price they charge for rent. The units are decent and the management isnt bad, but if you have ANY value in your car or motorcycle, expect it to be ruined within a month. Neighbors have no respect for each others property so cars CONSTANTLY get damaged, dented, chipped, things broken off them and the rampant homeless community makes it even worse, facilitating broken windows, things stolen out of your car, off of your car(rims) being broken into. I cant tell you how many times my older Buick was broken into and stolen from, registration, car parts, someone stole my hub cap from off the car. Someone threw something at my car and dented the door horribly. I bought a brand new car and I havnt even gotten the plates yet and someone has already dented and chipped the door. Iam so scared of parking it INSIDE the gates that I would rather park it our on the street, I feel its safer out there some how. But wait, every now and then someone goes by smashing windows out on the street cars, so theres that too. I understand alot of this cant be controlled by management, but when you have the over whelming amount of feedback and damage to cars that they do, you need to take some action and protect your residents better. Install some cameras near the gates and the parking lots where they get broken into and screen your residents better. Past residents, myself and my friend have a combined total of over $5000 in body repairs from the damage we have received while parked INSIDE the community gates. So if your ok with all of that, then its a nice place to live over all.... read more

I love living here! I was in need of downsizing to an apartment and wanted to stay in the area. The rent is very affordable and the best part is unlike most apartment living you actually have a washer and dryer inside the apartment! I haven`t had any issues with getting repairs done Dino the maintenance manager is AWESOME! The property manager Catherine is the BEST manager I have ever had! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live! read more
