Omar at Triton Pools was amazing! He knocked it out of the park on my backyard and pool remodel! Omar and his team were very professional, never pushy, extremely patient, and super affordable. From start to finish Omar and his team were on top of it and were always there ensuring that the job was on track and that every detail was perfect. Omar did way more than just remodel my pool. He handled all of the additional work around and outside of the pool such as sunken fire pits and a media wall with a fireplace and TV and outdoor kitchen, that helped make my backyard project turn out as great as it did. Besides being likeable conversationalists, Brett and Omar are enthusiastic, responsible, communicative, and clearly veteran professionals for pool renos. Brett assured me that he was from Chicago, a straight-shooter, and he wouldn't drop me a quote and bail (like other companies did to me!) nor would there be any surprises along the way. And he lived up to his word. Omar (North Hollywood in the HOUSE!!) guided us through the entire process offering his amazing expertise throughout, and also wrangling other contractors as needed (we have an ancient-- but working!!-- pool heater and his brother Oscar is the guru for such contraptions). We have been looking to install turf for a few years now, but couldn't find the right company. I was referred from a friend who used Triton Pools for their pool install /turf. I was in awe of how beautiful their project turned out. Our experience from start to finish was great! I was informed on the whole process of install. No slick sales, or special "upgrades" you don't want or need, (which I did get that from other companies . the other guys grass and prices were less than par, and their turf looked very "artificial", adding pieces of grass together, instead of a full roll.) The turf from Triton pools installed is stunning! Green & fluffy and looks real!!!! Most importantly we have a safe area/ground to play on. I'm so incredibly happy with the results. So I guess Triton pools does not want new business - or our business. 1st try: nobody shows up. Call and they wrote wrong phone number and tried calling to reschedule. 2nd try: Chris shows up, a bit late, measures and discusses our needs (plaster & re-tile) and wants (sun shelf, water feature, etc). 3rd try: After a week and no quote as promised within a day or two, call to find out Chris is out on a LOA. No record of a quote and we are not even in their system. 4th try: the office assures me they will get someone else (Omar) out asap to measure, etc and get a quote put together. They were going to call me back with times for him to come out to our home that day. Well, that was on Monday. Its now Thursday and no call. Would I now trust this Company? Hmmm..... read more

There were so many things wrong with this job, that I'm not sure where to even start. I guess I'll start with the fence...... So in NV, (as in most places), a fence is required around a pool, so that children don't fall in, even if you don't have children. The specifics of the required barrier are pretty standard, it has to be 50" tall, any gates have to have self-closing hardware, and any framing/bars have to be vertical so that it can't be climbed like a ladder. Now, that isn't something that I would have known, but it would seem that this is something that ANY pool company would know, or if not, they'd at least know after they did their first pool. I have a 40" chainlink dog-fence around my backyard, which in NO WAY meets code for a pool fence, but these guys in their infinite wisdom thought "It should be fine", and scheduled an inspection. The inspector had an absolute field day educating me on everything that was wrong with the small chainlink dog fence, waxing on and on about how they should have known that and how scheduling this inspection was a waste of everyone's time, etc.....Had I known that, I could have STARTED with a fence installation. But instead, my project ground to a halt as I started from scratch cold-calling fence companies to gather quotes and trying to get on someone's schedule. Triton was nice enough to send me a "Change Order" for $28,500 for a "Pool Fence" with no detail, so when I asked them what THEIR version of this pool fence would look like, they said "It will match the fence in the front of your property", which is all 2" square HORIZONTAL bars. I pointed out that the pool inspector JUST SAID that the fence couldn't be constructed in any way that a child could climb like a ladder, to which they replied....."OK, we'll make them vertical". So let's recap..... -Pool company didn't know a 40" chainlink dog fencce wouldn't meet code. -Pool company then tries to bill me $28,500 for a horizontal-bar fence that IF I had gone ahead with, would have failed inspection and would have needed to come down. -I found an outside company that came in a installed the right product for $9200. This was just one of MANY things that went wrong with this job, almost defying logic on how it could have happened if this company knew what they were doing, and if I listed them all, this review would read like a set of encyclopedias, so I'll leave you with this gem........ When my fence guys were putting in the fence, they nicked the gas line that Triton put in, because it was buried too shallow. I called Triton and let them know right away that it needed to be repaired, understanding fully that the repair was on me. Triton quoted $3300 for the repair, which I thought was high, so I called the professional gas company that services my property, and they came out and did a professional, warrantied/guaranteed repair, for $590. THEN....(This is unbelievable....)....Triton calls me and lets me know that BECAUSE I went with an outside company, that they were VOIDING MY WARRANTY. How messed up is that? Here's why that is messed up..... Triton is NOT a gas company, they would have needed to pick up the phone and call a real, professional gas company to do the work, a phone call that according to their $3300 quote, they were going to make $2700 on. Instead, I called a real, professional gas company, and got a real, professional repair done for $590, and they have the audacity to tell me that because I did not go through them and pay the extortionate upcharge of $2700, they are voiding my warranty?? There are SO many more examples of incompetence on this job that I should write, but as I said, I'd be here for a week. It is worth mentioning that I put my deposit down with them 10 months ago and my pool still isn't done, with the most recent delay being something at was built completely contrary to the plans, which had to be ripped out and entirely redone. When I asked the concrete/rebar subcontractor how it happened when the plans were crystal clear, the subcontractor said "They never gave me the plans". read more

Brett and his team make you feel like family, but a family in a sense as there is always someone there to help answer any question you could have! I would not recommend Triton Pools to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them. I had them replaster my pool and install new tile. I paid them over $30,000. I had to sign a contract that stated that the pool and tile needed to be scrubbed for the first 10 days when the work was completed and the pool was filled with water. They told me that it was very important for the scrubbing to take place the first 10 days. They stated that they would provide the first 5 days of scrubbing at no charge and I would have to pay for the next 5 days. I agreed to and paid for the 2nd 5 days of scrubbing. After the first 5 days they told me that they would no longer scrub the pool since I only paid for 5 days. I showed them the emails that stated that 5 days would be provided at no charge and I paid for the additional 5 days. They refused to continue the scrubbing. After several days, they finally did provide the 5 days that I paid for. Unfortunately if you don't do the scrubbing the first 10 days in a row, the tiles will attract calcium deposits. Now my tile has calcium deposits all over it that I have pay to get removed. Triton Pools are responsible for the calcium deposits since they refused to provide what they agreed to. I am so sorry that I agreed to have them do the work on my pool! read more

He cared more about staring at my girlfriend figure then answering the questions I had prepared in advance for him. He kept reassuring me that they are the profeshionals although a lot is lacking in that department. I would not recommend and did not use them after our shit show of a consultation. I paid for my service in November and the work still technically isn't complete now, after 7 months. It's been an unbelievable run around. They initially installed a $250 Wi-Fi hub when I paid over $3,000 for the panel (including the hub) and they kept telling me that the work was done. I had to call pretty much every single day for 2 months, speak to multiple people, and get passed off to another. Was promised someone would call me back. They never do. I also texted Stu who was my project manager or the person who came out to give me the estimate. They kept arguing with me but I finally sent them photos of what an actual Omni PL panel looks like and photos of my old panel that is still sitting there and not working along with photos of the hub that was installed and the invoice that was paid. They finally realized that they actually needed to finish the work that I paid for and installed the correct panel over 2 months later. I also paid over $200 for them to replace a drain cover and that was never done. I don't even want to bother contacting them because the time it will take me to keep calling them and arguing with them is not worth the $200. This has been a horrible experience. read more

Called to get a quote for refinishing the pool. Some guy showed up to the house, took one photo of the pool with his cell phone and said ok I'll get back to you in a few days. Never to be heard from again. No business card, he acted as if the quote was a waste of his time. I just wanted to say that i was in a panic as my pool person left me hanging in regards to getting my pool resurfaced. I called all around and company after company was so expensive and then they wanted weeks to even look at my pool before scheduling. My best friend had told me that Triton had received stellar reviews and I was like then there is no way they can get me in in relatively timely fashion and I was so wrong. I believe Brett was the first person I talked to and he said I will get my Foreman Chris Picino out to see you and he will take care of you. Chris was timely and professional all the way through the process and reassured me its gonna look awesome. I had many choices of beautiful tiles to choose from for the waterline tile. Demo was fast and clean. The tile guys were not supposed to be out till Monday, but they finished up a job on Saturday and came over to install mine and again quick and clean. We had some inclimate weather that put put us back , but then they should up to resurface and again in and out and very clean. Triton crews are awesome and Chris the Foreman was even recommending products that could get , to do myself and save a few bucks. Highly recommend seeking other company. Pool built one year ago, things were somewhat managed ok. It took a lot of complaining and verbal consistency to get project done on time and mostly correct. One year later though this company could care less about you. Issue with salt water chlorination leaking, called company expecting parts covered under warranty. Took a week and a half just to get someone here, leaves job saying O-ring needs replacement, that's it. One week later called company asking what is going on, they tell me the part is not covered by warranty and there is no part in the LV valley. So I need to call a local pool maintenance company to get a part that's not already in the valley. See where we are going with this, they send out a maintenance guy, being sure to let you know they are doing you a favor, to let us know what they found, but what was found they do not want to deal with and never took the time to let me know. Fantastic Customer Service. Just once again another LV company that is your friend until that last check goes out, then you are basically on your own. read more

Went through the process of meeting with about 4 different pool company's which felt like I was talking with a bunch of car salesman who push ideas an pats on their back about how great they are which to me is an automatic turn off to put it mildly, can say hands down Omar an his team we're professional, attentive, funny, an easy to talk to. What sold us on Triton Pools was they actually listened to what we wanted unlike other company's who just wanted to push their design plans an told us what we wanted which was far from are idea of a perfect backyard for are family. We started are project in the peak of the pandemic which made the process extremely difficult for shipping materials an keeping to a schedule, with that we were constantly updated on are progress an any future setbacks that we're heading are way.
