He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

When we arrived to pick up our camper, I noticed several issues that I had pointed out to the salesperson during our initial visit. He assured me these issues would be addressed before we drove almost three hours to pick up the unit. However, despite my attempts to call and text him prior to our arrival, I didn't hear back as he went on vacation without notifying us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been done. That's when Brandy stepped in and took charge of the situation. She got the service team involved and made sure everything was addressed to our full satisfaction. I was honestly ready to walk away, but after seeing how much she genuinely cared about making things right, we decided to move forward with the purchase. After getting the unit home, we noticed two additional issues. Brandy was quick to respond, asking me to send pictures and assuring me she'd take care of it. Keystone RV Center is very fortunate to have these outstanding individuals like Brandy, Larry, Rodney, Garrett and Joe on their team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly turned our experience around, and we're grateful for their hard work. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer in Finance, who was amazing to work with. This was, hands down, the best purchase experience we've ever had. The lady at the front desk was a delight to speak to as well, and it was clear she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. No responses , not even parts are on ordered. Went up to pick it up because we had camping trips planned, and it wasn't fixed. Got a call in October of 2025 parts were in, so I took it back in December 2, 2025 after camping was done. Now it has sat up there for a month and I found some more warranty issues. Started to email January 5, 2026 to find where they are at with it and No Response. Communication is a problem with the service department, just tell me parts are on order or something . I just want the warranty issues resolved and they will never see me again.
