    My experience related to service, not sales…read more I had previously taken my Jeep to a different dealership as that is where I purchased the vehicle, but decided to try Harr as it is significantly closer to me. I did call ahead to setup an appointment, although next day appointments were readily available, I did choose later in the week as I required a loaner to be arranged. When I arrived, Brian the service advisor was able to assist me promptly and get my vehicle checked in for TSB repair and oil change. He setup the rental vehicle, kept me informed during the repair process, and was able to get my vehicle returned to me, fixed, the next day. The service technicians did a great job on the actual repair as well, as I was able to instantly notice the improved steering on the highway. Brian was able make this stressful situation resolved in a timely and professional manner.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions, once for a…read morerecall on my mom's truck, and the second with my finance to find new (used) truck. All I can say is I had TERRIBLE experiences both times. When I went for service, they messed up my power running boards, and the service advisor was extremely rude. Then, when I was there recently, I worked with a sales person named Carlos. And I DO NOT recommend working with him. My finance and I were trying to explain what we were looking for, and all he would do was talk over me, and disregard everything I said. He only listened to my finances opinion. He was very snappy when it came to me, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Then it was a nightmare of a time trying to get the truck after we signed everything. Took over a week, with little to no communication, and no one was on the same page at all when it came to the status of the truck. I will not be coming to this dealership again. And I do not recommend it to others.

    This was my first experience with Toyota service I had mud flaps added to my Tacoma. After finding…read moremy way around to dealership with the help of one of the service team I was able of order the flaps. To my surprise they were available in one day. The sales attendant at the parts department was very helpful. He told me if I wanted to have them installed I could make an appointment at the service desk. I went to the service desk and was waited on right away. The service desk person made the appoint and explained the process for entering the building when I arrive for my service. I also received a text messages that comforted my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by a nice young gentleman who explained the next steps. Shortly service manager Jonathan checked me in, gave me a time estimate, and showed me where the waiting room was. The work was complete quicker than I was told and the check out precess was a breeze. Jonathan showed to my truck and answered several questions I had about future maintenance, I appreciate his attention to detail and felt like he was very knowledgeable about his profession. One other thing I noticed was the tags on my key ring and tag on the mirror were removed, and paper floor matts were gone, that had not been the case at other dealership I have dealt with in the past. At this time I'm happy I chose Harr Toyota to get my new truck. Thanks Andrew Herbert.

    Received an unsolicited text message from Tyler Brown asking if he could text me, even though he…read morejust did without asking me. Before I could even finish reading it, he calls me. I send it to voicemail and get a recorded message saying something about calling back for assistance. I've never contacted them, reached out to them, or had any dealings with them; heck, I live an hour away. So they literally have no reason to be contacting me. The only reason they could possibly be contacting me is that my car loan, which I got from another dealership, was originally set to end this month, although I paid it off 2 years earlier. Even taking that into account, there's no reason for them to be harassing me. I know when/if I decide to get another car not to even bother with them now, at least.
