    let me tell the whole story so that anyone who reads this can know how poor of quality this dealership is early Sept purchased a car out of pocket for 5k -recent college grad and have too many loans and did not wish to have another financed loan in my name. I wanted something reliable. The car that I went in to see had to be jumped to even be driven to me (being sold as is). Then looked at the Toyota Scion 2007. A little old, but should last me a little bit right? I would have been better off buying a cheap car off of FB marketplace. They sold the car "as is," I was later told by people who know more about cars, that you can't really do that in MA, and it's especially shady that a dealer is. Driving off the lot: a rejection sticker. contacted my salesman asking why and if I need to come back. He said I needed a new sticker in a year. Told him it has a REJECTION. the mechanic explained that it failed emission because they had to do mechanical work and reset it so that I should come back after 100 miles noticed that every time I slowed down the break light on my dashboard would turn on. I live an hour away from Harr and commute 40 mins every day, so I had my breaks checked at a local Midas who told me there was no break fluid, presumably from when they changed break pads. Had to do a total break flush then the check engine light went on (I've had car for less than a month). The car felt tough to drive and when I looked under the hood no oil, it didn't touch the dipstick. Also noticed a cute little clamp holding something together near the engine. Go to my appt. w Harr I am whisked into an office where I am told that there is probably something wrong with the head gasket rings (I forget the term), and it happens with these models, and the past owners neglected to fix it. Then he drew a diagram of how an engine worked. Told me could keep filling my car with oil for the rest of time I drove it, sell it to some person, spend 3grand fixing it, or sell it back to them. They were going to buy back the car for the price that I bought then They had TRIED to say that they could only buy the vehicle back for $500 because they needed to do the appropriate repairs if they were buying it back. we compromised at the 4K + convinced me to buy a warranty Key-like scratch on side, but a nice car. 90 warranty and lucky bc two weeks ago, the check engine light for THIS car came on. A little under the 60 day mark. under my hood when I got to work and I had almost NO coolant in my car. checked the week before when my stepdad said he smelled burning and the level was fine. I made an appt with Harr and Patrick called me /explained that there was a coolant leak, and a code being run for the Turbo. It was a Chevy so they couldn't touch it and directed me to a GM dealer. They sent me on my way and also didn't fix the coolant leak. I went to a GM dealers and they warned me warranty might not cover cost of repairs if it was aftermarket. Call Harr for info and saw that Harr had never submitted my warranty app that I paid $2,500 from so the company couldn't tell me anything. Went to GM They called me/told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the turbo told me to come back if it came back. 15th of Dec, light is back. hard time making it over 60mph on the highway without my rpms going past 4. The GM dealership replaced the turbo ($1k, covered by manu) on Dec 27th. On return, noticed a sweet smell. didn't know what that meant at the time. I tried calling Harr and never received a response. Jan 6th, spoke with Shay and told him that I was still continuing to lose coolant. waiting for C results after an exposure, so we planned on making a future appt note: he also makes a joke that I'm not having very good luck despite the fact that both of these cars were bought from them? The next day the car the coolant level was lower. Called Harr to get a rental and drop my car off, as it felt unsafe to drive. Speak to a service member who tells me there are no rental cars and when I ask for other options of how they were going to help me, she says "one moment I'm going to speak to someone else" and wordlessly transfers me to Shays line that goes directly to voicemail. No call until Tue, the 15th. Drop my car off the next day and they put me in rental. fix a few hoses. tell me there is a leak near the turbo that they're going to try to fix. car back on Friday the 15th. drove home, the sweet smell still there. I checked my levels after work on Mon the 25th and then the next night. With 40 mins of driving, I lost A TON of coolant (pics). I was also leaving HUGE puddles and smoking on the front end. Emailed Shay, who got in touch with my right away. Offered to put me in a new rental or recommend I try a GM again. Called GM that replaced the turbo and they got me in that day (Jan 19). Today (20th), they gave me a call saying it would be $555 to replace a part (not related to the turbo replacement so not under manufacturer warranty).

    Lousy customer service! Horrible sales people. They teach their staff to lie and con customeres. Stay away from them.
