    I scheduled an appointment at Harr Toyota for June 11, 2025, to purchase a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was advertised online as Toyota Gold Certified with a clean vehicle history. I did my research, confirmed details ahead of time, and came with cash in hand, fully prepared to buy the car. When I arrived, I was assisted by a salesperson named Nana, who immediately told me the SUV had a severe mold problem. He showed me pictures of the vehicle completely dismantled from the inside and said it wouldn't be ready until July. I asked to see the car myself and was shocked to find it stripped and clearly not drivable. None of this was disclosed beforehand. To add to the confusion, Nana then said that because of the year, the SUV was actually Silver Certified, not Gold -- even though it was advertised as Gold Certified. Between the false certification, the undisclosed damage, and the car being in unusable condition, I felt completely misled. After all that, I was still questioned about why I wanted the vehicle -- despite having done my homework, scheduled an appointment, and arrived ready to buy. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and a complete waste of my time. I left disappointed and frustrated. I cannot recommend Harr Toyota to anyone looking for transparency, professionalism, or honesty.

    RUN AWAY FROM HERE! They are a complete scam and use fake reviews! they sale lemons and give you the run around to waste your time if you read their review they all mirror each other! @Martin - is interesting that you aren't the person on the picture and how exactly will a guy who was convicted of fraud can help me?     DO NOT take your car here. The staff literally can't find my car after dropping it off with them. Such a disappointment.

    My experience related to service, not sales…read more I had previously taken my Jeep to a different dealership as that is where I purchased the vehicle, but decided to try Harr as it is significantly closer to me. I did call ahead to setup an appointment, although next day appointments were readily available, I did choose later in the week as I required a loaner to be arranged. When I arrived, Brian the service advisor was able to assist me promptly and get my vehicle checked in for TSB repair and oil change. He setup the rental vehicle, kept me informed during the repair process, and was able to get my vehicle returned to me, fixed, the next day. The service technicians did a great job on the actual repair as well, as I was able to instantly notice the improved steering on the highway. Brian was able make this stressful situation resolved in a timely and professional manner.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions, once for a…read morerecall on my mom's truck, and the second with my finance to find new (used) truck. All I can say is I had TERRIBLE experiences both times. When I went for service, they messed up my power running boards, and the service advisor was extremely rude. Then, when I was there recently, I worked with a sales person named Carlos. And I DO NOT recommend working with him. My finance and I were trying to explain what we were looking for, and all he would do was talk over me, and disregard everything I said. He only listened to my finances opinion. He was very snappy when it came to me, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Then it was a nightmare of a time trying to get the truck after we signed everything. Took over a week, with little to no communication, and no one was on the same page at all when it came to the status of the truck. I will not be coming to this dealership again. And I do not recommend it to others.
