Took advantage of their Valentine's Day banquet promotion, and after being a customer here for years I had high hopes. Pre-ordering mine weeks in advance (with a non refundable deposit), and even after the one day delay, I was still super thrilled. After receiving the bud, it was a letdown. After giving them a call they told me there was nothing they can do after it's left the store. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years here, and to lose a customer over advertising such a large amount and only delivering less than a quarter of an ounce, it's pretty insulting. Fortunately for me there are other places I can go, I'm honestly surprised this doesn't fall under false advertising and doesn't get reported to the BBB. Enjoy your extra $60 you made, I'm sure it's worth more to you now than the hundreds you would receive in the coming years. Use the pictures as comparison for what I received today. I could've bought a half ounce with 60 bucks, and here I am sitting here with less than a quarter. The staff is friendly, the selection is nice, and they're the cheapest in town BUT it seems they've forgotten that as well as serving recreational users, they still serve a very large pool of medical marijuana users...THEY HAVE STOPPED REQUIRING MASKS!! So unless you want to catch Covid while waiting in a long line, a packed lobby, or being shoved into the bud room like sardines, don't go to Greenpharms. The owners have put profit over the people they claim to care about and management doesn't know how to stick up for the employees. Not only have they REMOVED ALL COVID PROTECTIONS but, they also don't pay their staff the Flagstaff minimum wage because they're located a 1/4 mile outside of city limits. So, again, the owners are making money hand over fist, but they're putting the entire community and surrounding areas in danger all out of greed. My girlfriend and I went to green pharm because we're from out of town and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dispensary! It was dirty and smelt awful in there, my girlfriend works at a dispo in the valley and already knew what she wanted and was asking questions and the guys was giving her the wrong info about pretty much everything but the worst part was the he lied about the price of everything after we left we relied how much we were charged and it wasn't just two things that we were lied about it's was all 4/5 of the items we purchased. read more

To start, I've had a med card for years. In 2019 greenpharms was my go-to place. A little spendier than other places for shatter (25-27/g), but the folks working there were nice. I stopped going when it seemed they were telling people to download an app on their smartphone to make orders during COVID. Flash forward to 2021. First time back in over a year. 5 people in front of me in line upon arrival. Not bad right? It took 75+ minutes to see someone (40 min in freezing wind, 35 min in waiting room), and surprise surprise, the prices are much higher and there's a single brand of shatter available in the whole store (VAPEN priced at $34/g). Try the other two dispensaries in town. They both have quick online orders and management isn't afraid to schedule enough people to work the rush times. Please, to the employee reading this, you have all been kind and have done the best you could with what you are given from the owner and upper management. Consider working elsewhere tbh, you are too good for them. They set you up for failure and make more profits doing so. read more

Green Pharms is ok, they usually have sales which is cool, chill atmosphere...I usually prefer concentrates and they always have selection most times.... some budtenders could care a little more, there are a couple good ones...so its kind of hit and miss....like today the girl showed me the MTL in the fridge and I asked it there was more options...she said no, so I bought house shatter, which looked more like sugar wax which I was also disappointed about...but after my purchase I seen the whole wall of MTL she failed to mention to me.... wait time usually like 10 mins but on busy days 20-30 mins..... the green pharm pre rolls usually burn unevenly and are to hard to hit...I was rolling better joints in high school... other than that the place is great, usually my go to in FLG... read more

I have been a client almost exclusively loyal to greenpharms of flagstaff for the past four years. Always had good if not better experiences than when going into the other two in town. That ws until this past year and a half i would say, if not slipping for two. Let me elaborate. When going into the dispensary, everyone is friendly, sometimes the wait would be a little much,but knowing that the flower ans other products were worth it. I would go back and smell the wonderful aroma and start shopping. Big buds is what I prefer, when availble. Staff started changing, I understood that there was ownership involvement to change the direction of greenpharms. Flower had started becoming boring. When I first ws going they had three quality tiers to the two now..makes one question why they are pying more for that missing third tier now...just saying. Service at after several of the sfaff left by choice or other, started getting shaky. Regardless this is about the flower(bud). Since covid, I know we are all just trying to figure out life..on top of restructuring a business is crazy. The online system was so exciting to me, but it just seams like the care and consideration for us and our money has gone down five fold. I would place an order and at first it was a 15-30 min wait for a pick up text. Then it started going to an hour, then to sometimes a text would arive after I went in complaining after 2hrs and no text,........stay with me, It gets better!!!. Sometimes I would show up(this is after a pick up text)...only to find out that my order is incomplete because they ran out of something or whatever the excuse was...how about a call pal !?!?or showing up and being told that the total on my order receipt is incorrect and that it was in fact $20 more than what I brought because online the flower(bud) was mislabled with the wrong tier.... Back in the day a good company would own up to the mistake that their company made and would rectify usually by siding with the customer. ..just wait..it gets better!.....and now what i get is sad. Since covid I have not returned to walk in shopping..mainly because I just want to be as safe for me and my family as i can be. This is coming at a cost to me. Purchased flower for the first time from this location today and I purchased their "top shelf" "highest testing flower that they had. Strain name was Lava Cake for 45$ an 1/8. Took my first hit and immediately had the taste of fertilizer and nutrients. The plant was not flushed properly when growing and is resulting in a gross taste. If I could give this a negative I would. Beginning of November I was visiting the area and I needed a new cartridge. Mine was clogging up. Greenpharms of Flagstaff was the closest one so I stopped in. As the girl behind the counter was nice and appear knowledgeable, she proceeded to explain to me it was not the cartridge but it was my battery. I have The Palm. She gave me a decent deal for my first time there, on cartridges. She convinced me I needed a new battery and that mine was bad. So I purchased this battery PURA Earth (it lights up. So not discrete) and cartridges with cash. That evening I put my old cartridge on the new battery and it still wasn't working. I put a new cartridge on my Palm and it worked perfectly. I looked at the receipt an nothing states no refunds. As I was only in the area overnight, I took their battery back to them the next morning. The girl that came out from the back with very defensive and immediately stated I was only able to get an in-store credit on my next purchase. I showed her my receipt and asked her where on the receipt does it say no refunds. She could not answer me but says that she cannot give me my cash back for my cash purchase the day before. She acknowledged the product was exactly as it was sold to me but still could not refund my cash. I explained to her without written notification or posting in their store which they do not have, then they are required to refund the purchase. They refused and escorted me out. Later I was looking at the receipt and noticed the back of it is AutoZone and the refund policy. Is greenpharms of Flagstaff owned by AutoZone? If so then AutoZone owes me $16.80. And if AutoZone is not affiliated with greenpharms of Flagstaff then is it legal for greenpharms of Flagstaff to be using AutoZone's receipt and refund policy then not adhering to it? well here we go again. somebody messes it up for everybody. so is it the fault of the the customer who asked for happy hour prices after happy hour ends or the fault of the person who sold them product at happy hour prices after it ended, either way, it wasn't my fault. Yet the rules again change and punish the ones who are trying to remain loyal customers to Greenpharms. this totally sucks. we spend about $1000 a month their or about $250 + there a week, and have already spent $130 the last three days, and what do we get for being loyal regular customers, more inconvenience. we are starting to look at other choices. We used to be regulars and the GH, so maybe its time to go back, at least they have a rewards program there which is pretty good.. bummer is the people who work here are AWESOME and i know its not there fault. read more

Having visited multiple Arizona dispensaries before, and a couple in Flagstaff, I walked in to a pleasantly decorated establishment, with a receptionist counter placed right in front of the main entrance. I was politely greeted, directed to fill out my first time patient paperwork, and asked to wait for an agent to assist me. A process that took all of ten minutes to complete, if that. You will need your medical card or certification to enter the bud room. The bud room is very spacious, and well laid out. Separated into two sides, concentrates and edibles, with flower in the middle. This makes the overall product easy to view, but small jars make the flower cramped and tough to see. They do also carry a selection of glass and other smoking products. I was attended to by Ben, who was very friendly and informative. He let me know about the days current specials, which I was sure to take advantage of. These included a free gram for first time patients, along with 30% off pre-rolls for the day. After purchasing my meds, I learned about GP's points rewards system, which is a nice topper to a restricted MMJ budget. Between daily deals and rewards, one could save some serious $$$ planning correctly. My experience at Green Pharms was an overall positive one. The only reason I do not award this establishment five stars is based the quality of their flower. While still a high quality product, I feel the trimming and care for the buds could be better. Some strains have a slight chemical taste left behind after smoking. I'm not sure if this is reserved simply to a batch, or a sign of growers practices.. However, their selection of concentrates and edibles appears quite more extensive and varied than other local dispensaries. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I went in being a first timer buying recreational product and I told the staff assisting me I only wanted the 5mg gummies because I'm not a heavy user. He showed me a couple brands that had that dose. I chose one, then he asked me which flavor, then I asked him what other flavors there were. I chose another flavor only to find out after I purchased it that the other flavors may have been the same brand but weren't the same. The ones I got were 10mg and not the fast acting I had seen on the original package he pointed out. I noticed this just after walking out the door and immediately returned asking to exchange it for the correct dose I had asked for and they wouldn't allow me. I got a call back a few hours later from the manager telling me that on there end, everything was weighed out correctly and there was nothing they could do. For almost two years, I have been a patient at this dispensary. My dedication to Green Pharms has never been due to the quality of their product, but the excellent customer service I used to experience at this location. Recently however, I feel that this dispensary has stopped caring about their patients. I believe this is largely due to high turnover rates of bud tenders over the past 5-6 months. I no longer feel cared for by this dispensary and am sad to say that I will be finding a new place to buy my meds. read more

My husband has been a loyal customer for years of this Green Pharms in Flagstaff and today he purchased Blue Dream 11 grams tier 2 which is absolute trash. When he went back a few hours later to talk to the lady that sold I told to him ,the female manager refused to help in anyway telling him that he should have bought a small sample before spending $100 well this has happened in the past 2 times in the last few years and the other manager gladly have helped him, because they know him and he isn't problem client . when this happened In the past and they knew it was a shit product they did the right thing and credited him and corrected it ,but not today he was offered nothing by them . Your not the only game in town and it isn't cool to not help out patients that have been coming strictly to you all for years and depend on this medicine daily ,it isn't like they don't know him he is a regular!!! He wasn't asking for a refund he just wanted something different from someone who knows what they are doing , because she clearly knew nothing about it , and if you haven't used it don't push it on your loyal clients who spend thousands.
