Had a very difficult encounter with one of the employees but the owner, Roslin, called us just hours later to try and resolve things. We're from out of town and leaving the next morning. Roslin told us we could come back and get something worked out for us so we came back. At first Cody came to help us and knew exactly what we needed to leave happy. They did the exchange for us no problem and it was an easy 15-20 minutes with a water test. Roslin came out from the back and had a chat with us about the whole situation. Very professional and very friendly. She made sure we had a water test done and checked out the glass before we finished up and left. Love love love her and Cody was super great as well! read more

DYLYN YOU DA BEST!! This kind hearted fellow listen to me complain about and rag on Mary Jane's because they were my tried-and-true go to place and they just did me wrong. Anyways... DYLYN welcomed up with an upbeat attitude, he didn't remember us from last time but he a sweet guy so I didn't hold it against him lol, and he had all the answers I needed. He was happy charismatic and was sharing his true opinions on the products which is EXACTLY what we were looking for. He knew prices of most things before he grabbed them and he always seems to know which coils work with which pen. We ended up buying a set of two mini G pens and he made sure we knew about the better coils but he didn't push anything on us at the same time. All in all I will be back and hoping hat Dylyn is there because he made us feel comfortable and very well taken care of. HE is the reason we will return to this location(Tacoma). Good customer service. But pieces are of very poor quality. Bought a glass pipe from here that snapped at the stem after a month of use and than bought a plastic bong that lasted a month before it broke after being knocked over on the kitchen floor. Split up the middle..didn't know plastic would break so easily. For the price you can find better quality elsewhere. Only reason they get those two stars are customer service. read more
