I loved the outdoor seating that allows you to take in the air, the narrow streetways, the buildings that have stood here for centuries. While we could only do outdoor seating at the time due to the COVID-19 lockdown measures, this turned out to be quite the good fortune. Where we sat was a nice spot to see the various people walking down the street, engage in conversation, all the while enjoying a cafe Americano and some tasty baked goods like brownies and shortbread with chocolate on top. If you know where to walk from the Eyre Square, it's a great find, moderately priced, and very tasty eats. Hopefully, the next time I can have some of the hot dishes they also offer when we return to Galway.

Both were excellent and very filling. The cafe is located just off the busy street and has some some outdoor seating. The window seating is great for people-watching. Neo chooses to serve food in paper takeaway containers, even though it's a sit-down restaurant. And ceramic bowls just sit unused on the table. The waiter said the purpose of the containers is to mimic "Asian street food," but the only thing it mimics is the giant pile of trash 100 meters from the restaurant. Yeah, it's ironic that Neo chooses to use takeaway containers because Galway's monthly trash pile rots on a dock not far from the restaurant. A note to the managers: there exist reusable ceramic "Asian takeaway" containers that could give you a similar culinary authenticity. Doing this would not only add to the customer's experience, but also presumably cut down expenses long-term. Consider alternatives, because, upon visiting your restaurant, your future customers might also do so.

The pita seemed to fall apart a bit from the liquid, so wrap is definitely the easier one to eat on the go, while the pita gets you more food for only an extra euro or so. If we lived here, this is where we would get most of our meals from.

One fun note: they sell glasses of mystery wine, high quality wine not listed on the menu and you guess what it is. We had a few! Padraic o conaire, the Irish author that Galway likes to talk about, lived where the restaurant is based now.
