Next onto the raw oysters. We opted for gulf, Virginia, and NC and ended up ordering more VA & NC. Normally I use lot of horseradish and coctail sauce but the mignonette was so delicious that about half way through I only used that. Finally, and I wish I had gotten a picture, we talked ourselves into getting the crème brûlée cheesecake, diets be damned. I love crème brûlée and the hubby loves cheesecake. This became apparent when after a few bites we made a deal that I eat the top and he can have the bottom this was a win win for us!
