After 3 additional years of use the upholstery finely pulled apart and the foam in the edge of the seat had started breaking down to the point that the seat was uncomfortable. I took it to Matt and the not only rebuilt all the foam in the seat, but he replaced the panels that had torn and had separated but also cleaned all the seats, front and back. I contacted them and was told where to bring my vehicle to determine the cause. I had the car towed out of pocket $85.00 and it was diagnosed that the cam sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. DOWC that I paid for the extended warranty states it's not covered under the warranty and refers me back to US Auto. They stated it's not covered . The repair will cost over three hundred dollars. It doesn't matter if it's covered I have had the car less than two months and you expect the me to pay over three hundred in repairs on a vehicle I have less than two months. How is that right.

I go back to my car and don't start. I call Nate to tell him and he say I need to see if I can get a jump cause it's the battery. I wait over a hour for the battery to charge just for the car still not to work. Keyshawn tells me to go to advanced to look and check on a battery. And that in the morning he would personally call me and come to Winston to buy my battery with the company card. I waited until after 10 to text him to ask him about my car he tells me I need to call DOWC they explain it's not active and there's nothing they can do until Monday. I told Keyshawn that ima return the vehicle cause it has to many problems. He proceeded to block me. I then call Nate he tells me to go to mikes in Greensboro they were about to close but did tell me it was the alternator and not the battery and he also said there's nothing he could do until Tuesday because he's backed up and I would also have to pay. I then text Nate and tell him. He tells me to call DOWC and then he blocks me. I had the car towed to us auto sales and they come out (after calling the cops) Nate proceeded to tell me he can try to get someone to fix it on Monday or for me to call DOWC for a rental and that if I want to return it they don't do returns but they can sell it at auction. Yes he said they'd sell it at auction. My car is currently sitting at us auto. I have emailed them and called from different numbers. THEY KEEP BLOCKING ME! They have my money and my car. I literally spent everything on this car. I still don't know what's going on or what's going to happen. I'll probably end up having to dispute the charges since nobody will answer or talk to me.
