I genuinely appreciated that they put thought into something as simple as being on hold instead of playing the same generic elevator music everyone else uses. It's a small detail, but it made a great first impression and immediately told me this company pays attention to the customer experience. The representative who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who helped schedule my appointment was fantastic. We ended up laughing during the call because I told him our previous pest control company completely missed the mark. We hired them to deal with crazy ants, and let's just say... I still don't know what they were treating because it definitely wasn't the crazy ants. After relocating to Florida, we experienced crazy ants for the first time. Like I do with everything, I started researching. I learned they're common in parts of Florida and Texas, and much of what I found explained exactly what we were experiencing. After every rain, we'd notice more activity, especially around our kitchen, laundry room, garage, and even near electrical outlets. They thought they were about to take up residence in my home mortgage-free. Absolutely not. Our technician arrived on time and completed an incredibly thorough inspection. I wasn't home during the initial visit, but my husband and my mother-in-love were. When I got home, both of them couldn't stop talking about how professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and personable he was. My mother-in-love even shared that she learned he was a father, and she admired the pride he clearly takes in both his work and his family. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do because it shows. Because rain interrupted part of the exterior treatment, Pesto Bugs didn't cut corners. Instead, they reached out via text that evening to return the next day to complete the exterior treatment. During that visit, the technician worked efficiently, quietly, and was just as courteous while my aunt was outside enjoying the deck. Most importantly... The crazy ants are GONE! Trust me, I was the one spotting them everywhere, especially after it rained. Now? Nothing. Mission accomplished. Listen... I don't know what y'all laid, sprayed, or sprinkled, but whatever it was, those crazy ants packed their bags and made an exit. To the entire AntiPesto Bugs team... thank you. From the thoughtful hold music, to the outstanding customer service, to the knowledgeable technicians who clearly take pride in their work, this was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. Continue taking care of your employees because it absolutely reflects in the service they provide. The team so Magnum was cognizant of my beautiful shrubs, plants & flowers. The crew worked vigilantly to go behind my plants while taping up the house. They did as best they could in order to save the plants yet still ll do an effective job. I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions & were very respectful. The crew we had were so in sink with each other & the task as a whole. I've never seen such coordination among workers. They were experts. The next day when they took the cover off, they were just as professional. I am very pleased & highly recommend them. No more termites!

Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.

From the moment he arrived, Dan was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and treated our home with care and respect. Not only did the service resolve our ant issue, but Dan also gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems. It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes you feel like your home matters. Truly Nolen is lucky to have him on their team!
