It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes you feel like your home matters. Truly Nolen is lucky to have him on their team! Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.

Of the others, one wanted a phone interview before a home inspection, one wanted a home inspection with free estimates, and one did not respond at all. All I wanted was to do some comparison shopping without investing a lot of my time on interviews and inspections! Spraying depends on the square footage of the condo. I don't understand why I couldn't get quotes. Brantley answered my question without insisting on interviews and home consultations.
