I came here for the first time recently to get a signature facial. I saw April and had such a wonderful and relaxing experience! April was really kind, gave a great scalp massage, and struck a good balance between complimenting my skin and pointing out things we could do to help make it look better. The products that April used on me felt really nice (and some smelled great!) and the pore extractions were effective. I wasn't pressured to buy any products at the end of my service and that was a huge relief! I also felt like this salon handled the COVID situation well. They require masks before and after the facial, they require you to wash your hands upon entering, and everything seems very very clean. All of those measures really put me at ease. Overall, I would definitely come back here for another facial and would recommend Greentoes North to my friends and family! read more

I had a wonderful facial with Donna this morning. I had a gift card to use and was lucky to get a Saturday morning booking the afternoon before - online booking here is so easy and convenient! The space is immaculate and BEAUTIFUL and features wonderful mountain views. Donna greeted me right away and served up some hot tea for me to enjoy while I filled out my form. We went back to the spacious spa area and spent a good amount of time reviewing my needs and wants for the treatment before beginning. My signature facial was amazingly relaxing and I really appreciated the arm/neck/scalp massage while my mask was sitting. All the products smelled and felt incredible and she took special care to check for allergy interactions. She asked questions along the way, but also allowed me to just relax and be in the peaceful setting to soak it all in. After, I enjoyed sitting and and getting gathered in the relaxation room. Tea, water, magazines, and mints were a great touch. Donna went over some recommendations for me at the end and even sent me home with some product samples; no pressure to buy. The whole experience was wonderful and prices are very fair for service provided. I will definitely return! read more

I had a gel manicure here, and a pedicure another day. It is a peaceful place... the music is low and relaxing Brazilian jazz. The organic products offered have nice colors and don't smell bad like traditional non-organic products. No one ever seems to be at the front desk, and I've never been greeted as I entered. One time I waited quite awhile before anyone seemed to notice me. I find this very odd. The manicurists are friendly and well trained. They have a lovely offering of organic teas when you are seated. It's clean and comfortable, but there is a definite pretentiousness here. Still, I enjoyed both of my experiences and plan on returning. read more

My best friend recommended this place to me for my birthday for my very first deep tissue massage. I had never had an actual massage before so I was super excited. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I believe I saw Kat, I forgot to get her name again before I left because I was so incredibly relaxed from the massage she gave me. Her energy and knowledge was incredible. She really paid attention to the spots I had mentioned were hurting me while also finding spots I didn't even know needed help haha I honestly can say I haven't felt this good in a while! After being a client at Greentoes North and downtown, for years, I have given up on this salon, its employees and the owners. From THEIR last second changed appointments to recording the wrong service booking weeks in advance, I am done. Technicians are personable, but unreliable to count on, if you prefer to work with one certain nail tech. The receptionist seems to be in another orbit, because I never got the person or service I requested or selected, at my actual appt time. I knew I had the appt, but could never be absolutely sure for what. From the booking of the appointment to showing up for the appointment, they always change my service or nail tech before I arrive. (example: today I had appt, got there and the service that I had confirmed twice them in the last few days, was booked for a service they always put me down for, and never choose myself.) After waiting weeks for an appointment, this is not a good practice. Greentoes used to be a great high end salon in Tucson. Known for its product lines and service professionalism and care for clients. I am truly disappointed in them. Will never return and will tell everyone that I can, to not waste their money there, at either Greentoes Salon. I simply refuse to spend high end dollars for lousy client handling. Poor scheduling practices and half trained employees. Best of Tucson in this category will change this year I can guarantee that. I cannot be the only person this happens to at this salon. read more

Spent a relaxing time with my sister and daughter. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding. Staff was warm and welcoming and made every effort to ensure a great experience. They worked hard to get us scheduled, as we needed mani/pedis and massages for 3. The salon was spotless, calming and quiet without being stuffy. The massage was amazing! The pedicure products were nice, but the service was highly disappointing. I got the signature pedicure, and it was comparable to a $20 pedicure I once had. Thanks Greentoes! It was fun. (this is installment #3 of my attempt to find a nail salon in Oro Valley). The modern ambience and decor with white walls, windows, and a bright view of the mountains was fantastic. It was quiet, the attendant was on time and very gracious with conversation. I think in most cases your asked if you want a beverage, I had one with me, so I think this was why I wasn't asked. Another perk is a choice of herbal salts and solutions they make for you. Sort of like homemade guacamole at the table, but well it's not guacamole but foot scrubs. I really had the time of my life. Why the 4-stars then? Well, you see-it didn't really feel like a pedicure. I think it's more of a personal issue vs something wrong...but I like when they really push back the cuticles, buff out the nail bed, scrub on the bottom of your feet, deep massage, etc. I suspect it's probably because my attendant had lovely but very LONG coffin nails and I can't imagine you can get in their and scrub, buff and massage with those beauties. We were just visiting the area and when the weather turned cold, we looked for a spa to provide some "indoor activity". My husband had a pedicure and back facial and I had a manicure and massage. We were really happy with our services, especially sight unseen on short notice. The desk was really helpful in getting us scheduled together and we loved the space. This is a gorgeous salon!!!! I have had many different treatments with several different estheticians, and each one has been so delightful, skilled, and a real joy to see!! The spa area is beautiful and so quiet and relaxing. I see Donna for my facials and I love her!! She is a gentle and calming spirit, and she is super knowledgeable about the Eminence products (which are the best!!) and I trust her guidance on which facial, which add-on, and products, because every time, I come out with glowing, great skin!! The pedicures are very relaxing and no "chop-shop" digging out ingrown or rough exfoliation. Just tender care and polishing of your feet. I see Becky, and she is great!!! Jeannette, the manager is SO helpful with gift certificates, ordering product, etc. just shoot her an online message through the Greentoes website, and your product will be waiting when you go for your next treatment!!!
