We have this big tree that grows over our house and sheds like crazy, so every year we absolutely have to clean off the roof just for the safety of the roof itself. Usually we have some guy go and blow stuff off, but last year, it got so bad that giant spiders and bugs were starting to gather in the mess around the roof and gutters. It got pretty bad. I had met the guy that owns Greenway at a function a few years prior and he was really nice, though I didn't need the services. Still, at this point we were finding these giant spiders in our home and we needed someone that could do a really good job so I figured I would give them a call this time since they're professionals. They did a great job and for a low price, and the dude that worked on it was super professional. Strong recommend. Even though I had met the owner in a non-professional setting and had his cell phone number on hand, he still called at the end of the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them for gutter cleaning and roof cleaning, and probably windows as well. When the date came, a worker showed up on time, but was unable to do the job. After David had heard about the situation, he immediately got in contact and apologized for the inconvenience, and promised to make things right. A true man of his word, he made things right by finding us an alternative company with high ratings to do the job. The company he referred did complete the job, and was an excellent referral. I would look elsewhere. These guys were able to come quick so I hired them before a party we were having. The window cleaning was pretty bad. Streaks and marks on all the high windows I can't get to. It also took the guy 2-3 hours longer than quoted. He kept asking for help during the window cleaning too. Very weird. The quoted price was also increased on the work day. A miscommunication perhaps but he said "oh other companies will raise the price when they start work, I won't." Hmm I don't even want them to come back and try to fix it because I don't believe they have the skill to do so. I called everywhere looking for someone to clean the gutters on a 2 story with tile roof. I was actually turned away because apparently tile roofs can be tricky. One company gave me David's number and we scheduled for the very next day. David sent his "two best guys" out. They showed up on time, explained everything and then worked fast and efficiently. He and his employee, Christian, did an incredible job impressing a client with high expectations in these two areas. (Me!) They washed all the windows and screens inside and outside the house. David came the day before the scheduled job to see if he could get calcium deposits off one of the problem windows (we knew it may or may not be effective). He also picked up two screens he was replacing. They were on time the day of the job. Christian worked really hard getting the windows and screens all sparkly and looking good. He struggled with some screens (older house) but stuck to it and got it done. He was very professional, respectful and diligent with attention to details. David brought the screens back. And followed up with a call the next day. He wanted to make sure I was happy with them. There was one modification I really wanted. (To align the support bar with the frame of the French door so it didn't show). David came out on a SUNDAY and realigned them for me. I offered him $20 to pay for his gas and he refused it. FYI: Greenway did not end up cleaning my windows, as the person who came out, left after one window. So, my one star is a statement about that experience. My phone and email contacts with David, the owner, were pleasant and prompt, and scheduling was easy. He uses independent contractors. The one he sent was punctual but a bit curt. After walking around the outside of the house, he started cleaning one of the windows. He thought the over-the-phone estimate was low and shouldn't have been given, but the company would honor it. After his first window, I checked the track, as they tend to be very dirty. He had done a fairly good job, but I saw that there was still some dirt on the track, so I asked if he could wipe it off. Without looking at it, he immediately said that perhaps Greenway wasn't a match for us, and that we should get someone else. Then he left. I was very taken aback. David called me to apologize and ask if he could make it up to me. I appreciate his outreach, and I understand that he has no control over the behavior of his independent contractors, but I decided to go with another company. read more

"BEST IN CLASS SERVICE"! I needed to have my satellite dish painted immediately per the guidelines of our HOA and the issue was that I didn't own a 28 foot ladder to do the job myself -I put in a call to Greenway on a Saturday morning @ 8am. People who live in glass houses... should hire Greenway to wash their windows. Our house has 5 sliding glass doors and 43 windows. Some windows are 12 feet high. This is the third year in a row I've had Dave's crew clean all my windows in May. What a beautiful job they do every time. Prompt, courteous, and spotless.
