Never do a monthly plan with this car wash. Several of our friends all had the same bad experience. Once they have your card information, they will randomly start charging you monthly even after you cancel the plan. They might wait a year and then start charging you again. Title: Beware of This Unethical Car Wash - Unlawful Charges and Horrible Customer Service! I went to this car wash last August 2024, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating, infuriating experiences I've ever had with a business. I went in for a basic wash and, unbeknownst to me, I was somehow signed up for a subscription without my consent. There was absolutely no contract, no agreement, and no signature from me that would indicate I was enrolling in anything. I never asked for a subscription, yet they proceeded to charge my credit card month after month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I finally noticed the charges, I immediately reached out to have the subscription paused - a process that took many attempts IN PERSON each involving long waits and terrible customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I eventually succeeded in pausing the subscription. I have still not received my refund for the months they unlawfully charged me a total of $252. At one of my many times in person following up in person, one of the managers at time admitted to me that this was not an isolated incident. Apparently, they've been pulling this same scam on countless other customers around the same time last summer. This is a pattern of corruption. It's clear to me that they are preying on unsuspecting customers, signing them up for a subscription without their knowledge and then making it nearly impossible to get a refund. read more

After removing my review, owner was extremely slow to respond and I basically had to constantly chase him down to try to schedule a time to bring my car in. Was as if they cared only about the image of the business rather than actually providing responsible services. Ended up never setting up a time and owner just stopped replying to my messages. Also, overcharged my credit card - charges exceeding what was shown on receipt total. Also mentioned this to the owner, and that is when owner just stopped replying to my messages. Apparently my friend was also overcharged, different from the receipt total. Obviously, there is a lack of transparency here. Overall, a terrible experience with the carwash itself and after service. I highly do not recommend this business. Never returning. Bank dispute will fix the overcharge, and I will find another shop to fix my damaged steering wheel. If you want to avoid all this hassle, go somewhere else in the first place. read more

I have a 2021 BMW X4 and a 2022 M5. They take care of my car and they do it at a great pace. I'm never there more than 15 minutes. Even though they use it's a machine wash, they do not leave swivel marks on your car. The shine lasts for days and they do not leave residue. They are excellent for a good wash. For the amount of money they are charging, it is downright miserable how poorly they "clean" the car. They are supposed to vacuum and clean the dash and windows, the interior of the car looked like it had not been touched. The windows were still dirty. The mats were partially wet but still had dirt on them. The dash was obviously covered with dust. Even the windshield wasn't cleaned. Worse part was there was a visible handprint on the outside of the car. $28 for a car that ended up being dirtier than when I brought it in and having to wait 25 minutes?! Ridiculous. They also rarely answer their phones. One time it just started drizzling and they closed the whole place without an update on the site or leaving a phone message for customers. read more

My car sunroof got left open overnight and my floor carpet was soaked. If left unattended my car could have been totaled due to the severe water damage. I called Danny at Greenwich auto spa right when they opened Sunday morning and they were booked for the day, but Danny wanted to help so he was able to call in another employee to detail our car which took over 5 hours. They did a fantastic job, and completely saved my car, and went out of their way to do so. Amazing work and customer service! read more

I found this car wash while traveling thru Stamford and decided, why not and got the works; I waited inside and was greeted w/great attentive service ! Unfortunately, I had experienced my side mirror plastic piece come off (due to the pressure of the car wash). I drove off not knowing this until about 30 or so minutes later after I took a photo of my car and saw the missing part... ughhh I was so nervous thinking I would have to deal with who knows what! I was so happy when I went back and they immediately found the piece that fell off and I was greeted by the best manager/owner (not sure of his position) but he kindly assured me he would get it back on (he did w/out delay) and told me to come back and they would remove a tiny scuff mark - I also was gifted a free ultimate car wash card! Although, a bit nervous to go back due to the heavy duty pressure washers; regardless, his kind gesture deserves an EXCELLENT rating. I choose business based on the services and know sometimes (Sh?@#) happens - it was not their fault that car parts today are so poorly made; and they made up for it! I never post any reviews but people needs to know how this place runs. Unfortunately I perso experienced it I was dealing with Dorine to purchase a car that he told me for sale. Several times made an appointment but he never care to show up. Supposed to pick up the car but he was never to be found.Dorine and his father Mate were both unprofessional, treated me like my time don't matter,and I as their customer don't matter At all. Save your money on anything but the exterior wash, which is done by machine and was fine. About $9 plus $2 because a small SUV is extra. Plus tax of course. The so called Basic Service is $18 plus the $2 for the SUV plus tax. All in $22 and they did not show the rear carpet the vacuum, nor wipe down the interior. I checked it before driving off, politely asked them to do those things and a VERY reluctant person took out the rear carpet and shook it because the vacuum was at the start of the process. Rather than waste more time I left. Splash is the same price and better. read more
