So the owner of the Laundromat yelled at me for reaching for an empty cart that she happened to be using. She snapped at me, told me she worked there and said she was using it. There are others around. I told her that's exactly what I came over to ask for and I made the mistake of telling her to calm down, she said she will not calm down. I told her that her job was to answer people's questions, she wasn't happy with that. She told me not to tell her how to do her job. She then said she was the owner, stepped closer to me and told me to get out of her face and to take my stuff and get out. I told her no and just stayed and finished my laundry. She went off from the first words out of her mouth. They claimed I grabbed the cart from her, her and her friend that she has working for her. This laundromat is under new management and is so nice and clean. The people who work there friendly and helpful. It seems when they have a minute not doing laundry, they are sweeping and wiping down the tables and machines. Highly recommend! read more

I come here once week. The laundry machine always broken and they never fix the laundry machine. water is coming out of the laundry machine they up prices. it would be nice if they fix machine, bc there always leaking and laundry machine don't wash ur clothes very well.. and 24 minutes not enough for the price u pays they went from $5.50 to $7.50. Other places charge more but the machine runs for 30-45 minute a wash. I have no car so this they only place I can come to . Please fix up and add more timer for clothes to wash. read more

NO HOT WATER, machines only fill with cold water. Also one of the dirtiest, grimiest laundromats I've even been to. Seems like at least a 1/3 of the washers and dryers always have "out of order" signs on them, and usually the the larger machines that I need for towels and comforters. Not staffed, no supervision, does not always feel safe... homeless people and drug addicts wandering in. No bathroom, no wifi. The two times washers ate my money when they were broken it proved impossible to get refunded from the owners. I called the posted number and got voicemail and never heard back. Some residents in the area probably "have" to go here because it's close, but if you can travel further away you definitely should. read more

So almost every place you can look this place up states they are open 24 hours and they only have one tiny sign in the store starting they close at 10. Well myself and other customers were still doing our laundry when this total do**** comes in at 950 and states... you know we close at 10 right? Well, I was folding my clothes so I was ok but other customers still had their clothes drying and he actually made them take their clothes out wet!!!!! Wtf.. ignorant he couldn't wait 20 minutes fir them when their advertising sucks!! Don't go there. They don't argue with him but I told him he was being pretty mean and actually stated you know I could just make you people leave without even getting your clothes... don't go to this place ... read more

This place does not service there machines. The changer are never working and several Times the machines did not wash loads. The machines stopped in cycle and I had to move to new machine. I called the number listed and left several Messages about the issues and have never gotten a response back or a person to answer the phone. I stopped using this facility. read more

This laundromat is spacious, fairly clean and very close to my house, but I quit going there once I realized that even when you specify warm or hot water in your machine settings, they only use cold water. I'm all about saving energy, and fine with washing stuff in cold water at home, but not in a public laundry - nasty! Also, the country music station is really depressing, there is no wifi, and no restroom or sink. Try the Wash Spot on Riverside Ave instead. read more

I went there hoping to clean my comforter and a large assortment of bulk stuff I planned to donate. The machines were reasonably priced and I could tell the hot water was on because the window had condensation. The clothes came out very clean. The place was pretty busy but I didn't have to wait either for a washer or a dryer. The dryers were fast and the clothes smelled great. Very happy with the place. read more

Greers laundromat on North Avenue in Burlington, VT. Went to wash a queen sized quilt this morning (2/26/18) as it would not fit into my washer. Dirtiest laundromat ever! 1st off, all change machines were either broken or out of change. 2nd, the washing machine I put it in was $4.50 (I had to go to Hannaford's and get quarters) quit half way through cycle and quilt sopping wet. Cost me another $2.25 just to get the quilt dry. Dirty inside with overflowing stinky trash and recycling, dirty chairs and tables and floors and cigarette butts and trash outside....disgusting! I'll never go there again...says a lot about the type of business they are running... read more
