When we got there the lady (Penny) looked at us like we had 10 elephants standing behind us. Apparently "they don't take appointments!". I wasn't sure if that meant that we should leave or if they could still look at the dress because they just stood there starting at us. The whole alteration appointment was miserable, negative, and all around uncomfortable. Fast forward two weeks to today when my daughter's friends went to pick up the dress. I called to make sure they would be able to pick it up without the receipt before driving the 45 minutes from our house and the lady who answered the phone (Penny) said they just needed to give my name or phone number. The phone conversation was 34 seconds long. Well, when they got there to pick up the dress Penny thought it would be ok to tell them that I was the lady who wouldn't stop "yapping" on the phone when I called to ask about the pick-up. Let me remind you, the call was 34 seconds long. Absolutely appalling. I can see why this location has less then 3 stars. I really, really hope people take their business somewhere else!

Had I not asked, who knows when my laundry would have been returned. This would be really bad if you are leaving the area the following morning. Also, be aware that they charge $8.00 for two pairs of "no show" socks. That's $2 per sock. I would have purchased a new package of socks for the price they charge to launder them.
