The guys at Gregg's really know their stuff. Every time we come here, we have a great experience. Stopped by this week and Scott was incredibly easy to talk to and helpful. He helped my husband pick out some shoes and cleats and assisted me with a new saddle. You could just tell he was excited to talk about bikes and his enthusiasm made the entire experience fun. I am giving the Bellevue location 2 stars, but am giving the Green Lake location 5 stars. I visited the Bellevue location because they were the only bicycle shop in town that had the exact make and model of the bicycle that I wanted to buy. My previous bike had just been stolen the week before. Oddly, the salesperson I dealt with did not seem very interested in selling me a bicycle. Maybe because it was not a very expensive bike? (It was expensive to me!) He seemed distracted and more interested in some of the other bicycle customers who had come in while I was trying to buy the bicycle. I had informed him that the bicycle was not shifting well. The chain kept jumping some of the gears. He didn't seem to believe me. But I finally convinced him to take it upstairs to the repair shop. While I was waiting for it, I was shopping around for accessories, because why not? And while I had a few questions about some accessories, again it felt as if I was not as much of a priority as some of the other customers who had come in. Then I got my bicycle back, and when I rode it home, the gear issue was still there! WTH? I was only a few feet out of the shop, but had decided that I would not return. I was done with Gregg's Bellevue Cycle. A few days later, I took my bicycle to Gregg's Green Lake Cycle, and explained the issue. They put my bike on the stand right away, and quickly fixed the issue, while also explaining to me how to adjust the derailleur in the future should this ever happen again. He did such a great job, that he inspired me to buy tools and a bicycle stand and deepen my knowledge of all things bicycle repair. So, my recommendation is, if possible, go with the Green Lake location. Much more accessible, friendlier, and effective! read more

This is a three part review, I feel compelled to give a trio of 5-stars to all three Gregg's locations. On Friday my son and I visited the Lynnwood location (recently moved) and he picked out a bike. Great help from the staff there. The Lynnwood store did not have the size/color combination of the bike so staff checked the computer and said they had it at both Green Lake and Bellevue. On Saturday I called Green Lake, they said they had the bike but could not confirm the color - I had the right model number but I believe I misheard the color name. So they put it on hold. I then called Bellevue, and they confirmed it was the right bike and we figured out my mistake on the color. I asked them to send the bike to Lynnwood and he noticed the same bike was on hold at Green Lake. Both bikes were unassembled otherwise I would have picked it up on Saturday anywhere... Long story short, the stores called each other, figured out which bike to ship, Bellevue built it on Monday morning, it arrived in Lynnwood Monday afternoon, and my son got to ride it home in the rain Monday evening. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE at all three stores went out their way to help me, I probably was a higher than average maintenance customer. I spoke to three staff members at Lynnwood, two at Green Lake, and one at Bellevue. Wish I got everyones names but no such luck. Can't recommend these folks enough. Thank you! read more

Good bicycle shops are not always easy to find, so when I discovered four broken spokes on my rarely used 15-year old trail bike this summer, I asked my neighbor (who rides regularly) for a recommendation. He suggested Gregg's in downtown Bellevue. Before heading in, I decided to also get both tubes replaced, since neither seemed to hold air for long. I removed both wheels and tossed them in the trunk. I was worried about parking, since Gregg's is located in downtown Bellevue, just south of Bellevue Square, but it turned out that Gregg's has it's own private lot, with adequate free parking. Their service department is on the 3rd floor of a clean, newer building, and they also have a convenient elevator. I spoke with a service technician (I believe his name was Randy) and showed him my broken spokes. He explained that the damage was caused by corrosion, that the rest of the spokes were also suspect, and that a new wheel was the best route. Fortunately Gregg's had one in stock, and only $80! I told him I wanted new innertubes on both wheels too, handed them over, and asked when I should return (thinking it would take them a few days to get to them, since the rear wheel gears and axle would need to be transferred to the new wheel). Surprisingly, I was told the job would be done in about 10 minutes! In addition to being a thoroughly clean and organized shop, there are comfortable sofas and chairs distributed about the facility for customer use. I sat down, read my cell phone for a bit, and very shortly (less than 15 minutes), the tech said my wheels were done. The total bill for the new wheel (which was identical to my 15 year old one), two new tubes, and labor was $160. Truly amazing in this day and age. Gregg's Bellevue Cycle, and their service staff are truly amazing. You won't regret seeking help there. read more

I am a long time customer since 1987. Can no longer recommend them. No longer provides great customer service. For many years, you could schedule an appt to have your bike serviced. You bring the bike in the day before and it is ready in less than 24 hours. Now they will keep your bike at minimum 3 to 5 days with no promises to when the bike will be serviced. I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

They dropped the free tune up period if you buy a bike to 90 days. One year is standard. REI will treat you better and so will other bike shops. read more

I took my new Canyon road bike to Gregg's after having a fall and the left shifters not working consistently. Gregg's associates were friendly and really helpful right from taking a look at what could be the issue to contacting the manufacturer for the parts and even installing them. Why buy a bike from a brick and mortar like this? Seriously. Waste of your time. I walk in, and am up stairs. No one helps me, go down a level there are 5 people behind the counter. I ask for help and a guy says sure but I need to print some stuff first.. I wait around. We then go upstairs and he tells me about bikes incorrectly then says this was last years model.. .he wasn't up on this year. ...uhhh He went to look up prices and spent a good 5 min texting on his phone, finally found prices and they were crazy stupid he tells me that they sell below MSRP.. Then later says all prices are at MSRP.. Why the hell am I buying from a brick and mortar.. The bike I want costs more then the lesser model and he has no clue why. Then the computer powers off.. I walked off. Fund the bike cheaper at REI and the customer service there was awesome.. Forgot REI sold bikes and glad I looked on line. This place sucks.. The prices are lame, the staff is lame, and unless I am buying some fancy race bike I don't think they care for my business.. So I purchased my family's four bikes from REI which in the end I feel better for supporting then this place. Get a clue, in the time of online purchasing don't give me warrantee as the only reason I should buy local. read more

Giving 4 stars.. they made a mistake and sold me tires that were a too wide for my frame which they insisted would fit. The mechanic was kindof rude, if I kept them on they would've torn up my carbon. At this point I was pretty annoyed, would've been 2 star experience. However I brought in my bike and showed them and they gave me better fitting tires (same kind just smaller) and installed them for free which made up for it. Gregg's Cycle features excellent bikes of every variety and at every price point from four hundred dollars to four thousand. If you purchase a cycle at Gregg's, you usually will not be sorry, and you get a free tune up after 90 days. The bicycles - street, mountain, hybrid -- are spread across two floors. On the second floor, you also have equipment off to the left, at the back. Then, off to the right, you have the bicycle service department. Manning this vital facility is -- let's call him Bert. He looks like a Bert. Gruff, in his forties, mustache. If Bert were more of a confessional, 1970s, Alan Alda type, he'd admit that being a bicycle repairman in his forties brings him an overwhelming sense of personal failure, and that this makes him mad; that he's sick and goddamn tired of his mother alleging that he's "in sales"; and that he's going to explode if he sees the garage doors go down behind another woman's irises at the announcement that he fixes bikes to feed himself and keep his lights on. If Bert were a confessional fellow, he'd do all these things. But he is not, so in lieu of such therapeutic disclosures, he serves a big, triple-decker shit sandwich to every customer that seeks his assistance. I asked him to fix the brakes on my brand new bicycle, and he handed them back broken, and then got surly when I pointed out, as nicely as I possibly could, that the bicycle could not be stopped by any human agency. So I went and tapped one of the young men that was standing around looking like he needed something to do and informed him -- less nicely, and less fairly, now that I think about it -- that my brakes were still busted, and that Bert had no fucking people skills, and that I don't get paid to talk to people like Bert, and that if required to interact with Bert further, I would probably jack his fucking ass up a wall, so please God go communicate my needs to that goddamn underachieving son of a bitch. He did, the brakes got fixed, and I left happy. I'd go here again. But when Bert finally loses his shit and kills everyone who ever slighted him, my advice to the big wigs at Gregg's would be to go out and find some handy young fellow who can credibly view his indenture as a milestone along a path to better things, rather than as the lone alternative to self-murder or public assistance. read more

Terrible customer service. They were not very helpful when we told them we were looking for bikes less that $500. The sales guy didn't tell us that there were cheap bikes on their second floor and we had to find it ourselves. He obviously didn't know his store's inventory. Once we found the bikes on sale, no one came up to us to ask if we needed help. What a turn off! We ended up going elsewhere to purchase a bike. The sales staff at this place ( see my reviews) were knowledgeable, helpful and we ended up with a product we love. We paid retail price too! read more

Normally I do all my bicycle-related repair and maintenance. However, my wife won a certificate for a $95 maintenance service at Gregg's. So, with certificate in hand I dropped off my vintage Raleigh International for their service - and found out that my bike needed more maintenance than was covered by the certificate, i.e., new chain, cluster, and rear tire, in addition to the cables, cable housings, brake pads, foam handlebar pads and brake lever hoods which I knew needed replacement. Due to the quarantine it was a month later that I picked up the bike. The first thing I noticed was the chain falling off the chainring as I rotated the cranks. Hmm ... ok. The next thing (after I returned home) was the seat post had a piece of tape on it, and the seat post had not been tightened. After adjusting the seat and going for a spin I noticed that one of the brake levers was positioned much farther forward than the other brake lever. Releasing the cable from the brake lever I took a socket wrench to loosen the lever - and found that it was already fairly loose. Only the foam rubber of the handlebar wrap was keeping it in place. Ok ... another turn at loosening the lever and I was able to move it into the proper position and tighten it. Otherwise, the drive train and shifting are working flawlessly, the wheels are nice and true, the foam handlebar pads and replacement hoods are perfect, and the cleaning job they performed made the bike sparkle again. read more

At the most basic level, if you work at a bike store you should know about bikes. While I'm no expert myself, it's clear that the guys on the floor were unfamiliar with the importance of fit & sizing. After presenting them with the measurements from a Guru fitting, the guy just adjusts the seat height to that of my hip. Lol. Then when it was clearly to high after backpedaling the next dude just tells him to take it down 2 cm. Took the bike on a courtesy spin, but at that point I realized it would be fruitless to buy a bike from Gregg's and had just wasted a good 2 hours of my day between traveling there and figuring out how mediocre the staff was. Ended up purchasing from Montlake Bicycle Shop where the folks there actually cycle and did a fantastic job getting me settled into the right bike. read more

Went by Gregg's service department today with my admittedly ratty, but very beloved, 25-year-old bike. I *know* it needs to be replaced, but having just incurred some major & unexpected expenses, I can't afford to buy new right now (as I explained). So, my bike needs to get just enough TLC to get me safely through the next 4 months--just until I can afford to buy a *new* bike. Heck, I'd willing to put a couple hundy into it... I do get a lot of use out of it, after all. But what did I get instead? I got a super-grumpy, bike-snob of a mechanic with a deeply world-weary attitude. I got an *accusingly* (WTH?!?) critical review of all the worn, obsolete parts on my bike. I got an earful about sub-par workmanship on a prior tune-up (done 9 months ago). And then, I basically got a refusal from the bike mechanic to do any work on it. Really?? Is this the "service" department?? OK, Dude, here's what I actually needed from you... Just the facts, please, and hold the attitude: (a) what work must be done, (b) how much will it be, and (c) how long will it take. That's it. *I*, not you, will decide whether it's worth the investment. Here's what I *don't* need: A critical review of my crappy bike. I already know it's a crappy, old bike. But, thanks, anyway. And by the way... I will be in the market in September for a new bike--i.e., ready to drop $1000-$2000. But you can bet your bike shorts that I will neither buy nor service my shiny new bike at Gregg's. read more

Since a three stars is "A-OK", and that's not what I have experienced, so I am giving a two stars. In general, I have been having good experience with the Gregg's at the Green Lake location. I bought my road bike there two years ago, i bought my gears, accessories, bike rack and services there, no problem! The people there are nice, friendly, helpful and never had a problem, they are a 5 stars for me. On the other hand, i have had bad experience with the Bellevue location. On various times, i go in there and nobody would greet me. Sometimes, that's ok because I just want to look around at bike stuff. However, it's not ok when I am actually looking for service, and when I want to buy a bike part, or want to get my bike service. For example, yesterday I went there and was interested in test ride a triathlon bike. First of all, whoever helped me yesterday doesn't know much about anything. It seems like he doesn't know if they have sizes for any particular bike, and he would need permission or advices from his manager for anything I asked for, he just seems like he couldn't serve customer independently. Secondly, I was debating if i want to get a Cervelo P1 or P2, but the guy has no intention to let me test ride it whatsoever, even though I asked for it explicitly, that kind of upset me. So if I can't test ride a bike, how can I buy it?? Anyway, that was just one of the various bad experience I have had with them. I never had any problem with the Green Lake store, i don't know if it's the management issue, or what's going on there. read more

PEOPLE - I would NOT bother wasting your gas and time going to Gregg's in Bellevue or Green Lake store. What you'll get is just lousy service, selection and paying for a bike that you only get 90 days of services. SERVICE - Do you really want to spend couple grand on a bike that only gets 90 of service? What if you don't get a chance to ride it until day 80? I just feel like i'm out of luck when that time is over, that don't sit well with me. SELECTION - I called to ask about a sidi shoe and the guy while looking up on the computer have NO IDEA if what they have is 2009 or 2010 model and which store have it. At the end of day, i walked out of store having a feeling that they don't really care about their customers. Even when you're just looking around, they ignore you. Sorry, Gregg's need to take some lesson from Gerk or CLOSE down their stores. At GERK's they smile and talk to you and you WANT to go back and talk to them more about bikes. You get a good feeling about making a big purchase and feel like they will take care of you afterwards. read more

For service only: Picked up two bikes from a tune up. Myself and the person I was with waited for ten+ minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We just stood at the counter, people kept looking at us from the back, but continued doing what they were doing. Finally someone put their stuff down to come see what we needed. What a joke. I am very happy with Gregg's Bellevue Cycle. I went into Gregg's hoping not to spend to much but to get a decent bike that would last. Lucky for me, the young man that helped me was an avid cyclist and after patiently listening to me describe the kind of biking that I wanted to do steered me to a really nice road bike that fit great. I really appreciate not being pushed towards some super fancy and expensive race bike. I've taken my bike several times for service and the mechanics have always done a good job without nickeling and diming me. read more

I was able to explain my situation a bit more, and Tim apologized for the service I received on my last visit and was nice enough to send me a gift card for the store in the mail. I am a fan of Greggs Cycle in general. I feel the help at the Greenlake Greggs is friendlier but this is the location I bought my bike, which I love. They got it all set up for me, didn't hassle me about taking it for a test ride or anything. They also had a pretty sweet clothing clearance section where I scored on some items. It's got some conveneient parking underneath, which is nice becaue parking around here is scarce. I wouldn't say it's the perfect place to go for a test ride on a bike you are thinking of buying... I ended up peddaling to the back where there was an empty parking lot at a bank. I'm a repeat customer. read more

I've been coming here for several years with my old bike to do some odd repairs and upgrades. Always nothing but good vibes from all the employees that work here. Very knowledgeable and they always go the extra mile. My bike was stolen a few days ago and I spent a full day searching for a suitable replacement. Settled on a few Trek models after extensive searching. When I looked online, Gregg's Cycle had what I was looking for, at a price lower than Trek's own website. Decided to pay them a visit and went for a test drive. Couldn't be happier! They let me look at a few bikes similar to the one I was interested in, sized and adjusted everything and I was out the door. Just finished a trip to the office and back on the new bike and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks guys! PS: the price at Gregg's was lower than Amazon or Wayfair, and I can't stress it enough that the 12-15 times that I've been here I have NEVER had a bad experience. read more

I bought my bike here when my old one irrevocably broke three years ago. I've also been in 10 or 15 times for parts and service, both for the old and the new bike. Clothes seem pricy - I patronize eBay for those. Buying the bike was easy with clear information and guidance and numerous test rides. The free 90-day tune was hassle-free and useful to tweak the gears and brakes to my liking. My conclusion is this is the best place for bikes on the Eastside. I understand Greenlake is the mecca for exercise nuts, and I trek over there for running shoes, but bikes are needy servants, and that's too far for regular visits. I don't understand the complaints here about floor plan. I can either carry my bike up the stairs or take the elevator. The parking is very convenient just underneath on street level. The location is easily accessible by bike or car. If I'm eager to ride for hours, repairing flats and tolerating Seattle rain, taking an elevator is not an unsurmountable obstacle. I also don't understand the complaints about the service department. All their diagnoses for me were money, often contradicting my guesses, and often talking me out of expensive and useless upgrades. Last week-end they fixed my flat for free in about 5 minutes. Nice to have this place nearby. read more

These guys tuned up my e-bike overnight. When I got it back, it ran like it was brand new from Amazon! I'm using Gregg's as my go-to home store from now on! You will not find better service. Chris and the rest of the staff at Gregg's are AWESOME!! This shop combines expert knowledge with top of the line customer service. I have been into Gregg's Bellevue several times for various items and have always felt that the staff member who helped me was competent, experienced, and helpful but this last visit was above and beyond. I recently was given use of a road bike for the summer and have decided to sign up for some long distance rides (200+ mile rides). When I brought the bike in to have some new pedals put on and to have the gears looked at, Chris met me in the parking lot to take the bike upstairs to the service department, took my name and bike, and sent me on my way. When I picked it up, he had me sit on the bike with my new shoes/pedals, made sure the bike was adjusted to my measurements, and also fixed little things here and there to make sure the bike was in the best working condition. I was only charged for the parts and services I requested when I brought the bike in, but the extra care and dedication shown by Chris and the staff have made me a lifelong customer. When I need bike related items, I go to this shop instead of 1 click ordering on Amazon or any other more time efficient means because I trust the recommendations of the staff. I am constantly learning through my experiences on the bike and in the store when discussing various aspects of bicycling with their staff members. If you need parts or service for your bike or any biking related gear, I cannot recommend these guys enough! read more

My 2.5 year old Fuji road bike (purchased elsewhere) popped another rear wheel spoke. Took it into Gregg's on a Wednesday early afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by John (or is it Jon?) who was busy working on another bike. Told him my ride ended today with a loud pop and a severely misaligned rear wheel which had, for the past few rides, grown progressively worse. He racked my bike, noted two popped spokes, and said he could repair it for $35 or so. I asked about a wheel replacement since it's been problematic for too long. I said my $700 bike deserves a good wheel but, as a weekend cyclist, I don't want to pay an exorbitant price for a replacement. He searched the store's inventory and found a good quality wheel priced $150. With labor and tax, I paid $173. Expecting no riding for a couple of days, I was pleasantly surprised when John said he could replace the wheel in about 20 minutes which is exactly how much time he took. John's customer service was excellent and I appreciated him leaving the decision to me to have my existing rear wheel repaired (at a reasonable cost) or spending more for a new wheel. After the wheel replacement, I rode 30 miles around the South Lake Washington loop. The wheel performed flawlessly and I could not be happier with the timely high-quality service I received. read more

Needless to say I didn't purchase anything and was just annoyed with the pretentiousness. Missed sales opportunity for your team, and I'm never going back. It's been a while since I have done a review for some place. Considering we are in this "new normal" of not being able to go anywhere, and this was one of the places we ended up going to should say a lot as to why they received 5 stars. My journey actually started on the Specialized website to find bikes that would fit our needs (Family of 3 -- with a brand new baby boy!). I saw a bike that interested me as well as one my wife liked also. I reached out to a couple shops, but one in particular got back to me extremely quick. A representative from Gregg's Cycle (who I come to find out later is one of the GMs/Owners - Marty P.). He was super informative and very responsive. One issue that I had was our new car did not have a tow hitch, so I couldn't use our bike racks like normal. I asked if they offered home delivery like a few of their competitors. He said they did not, but if I was truly interested, they would find a way to work it out. Fast forward to a couple days later, after heading to get my car serviced, we were in the area of the Bellevue Greggs cycle - we ended up talking to Evan who was great at determining our needs and "keeping it real" with what bike would best fit our needs. I told him how we would be riding the bikes and he helped us solidify our decision on a couple of Specialized Bikes! The process was pretty smooth and bikes were purchased. Their sales Manager Rob definitely went above and beyond to help get our bikes to us and having a new born baby boy - we really appreciated the service and dedication of Rob and his team! Thanks again for everything Marty, Rob and Evan. We will definitely send as many people we can to your location! These guys saved me. I was biking to work and noticed that my brakes were getting a little janky. And then my rear tire started to deflate. Slowly. Then quickly. And then it was flat. I made it to Bellevue and called the Gregg's service department. Despite being booked full they agreed to make time for me that day so I could bike home. Then, while repairing my bike, they noticed that my pedal was broken (they replaced it at no charge with an old one lying around the store) and that my chain was going. Now I've got a like-new bike and they did it in amazing time. Thanks to the team. I'll be back. read more

I desperately needed spokes cut to build wheels the night before a race. Theodore, the assistant service manager, dropped everything to measure my hubs and rims and cut the spokes to the correct length on the first try. HOLY GUACAMOLE can this kid cut spokes. I'm sure after he has repaired all of the bikes in the northwest he will go on to be some sort of model-surgeon-philanthropist. I found it very easy to park my car and avoid hitting the enormous day glow parking columns. That being said I am an expert motorist with hand eye coordination rivaling top semi professional athletes. Upon entering the shop I saw a set of stairs and a large stainless steel elevator and immediately was overwhelmed with panicked rage. What should I do? Do I turn around and go home? Do I yell for help? I was just about to call the police when I noticed a large sign explaining sales and service are both above me. Suddenly it made sense! Those yellow columns I parked my car next to were actually holding the building up above me so I wouldn't have to pay for parking! The engineering that went into this building is unrivaled! The excellent staff at Gregg's makes me wish Yelp would let me give ten Stars. Thanks for keeping it real, Gregg's. read more

Good bike shop, but their new building in, um, interesting. You enter on one floor that consists of an elevator and a flight of stairs. Not exactly welcoming nor conducive for just popping in for a part. The bikes/parts/clothes are spread out over floors 2 & 3. Not very well laid out for a bike shop, IMO. read more

Went to Greggs Cycle in Bellevue (I live around Lake Union) this Sunday to buy a new mountain bike to replace my old bike that was stolen in Florida. As we arrived there was plenty of easy, covered parking and made our way upstairs were we were instantly greeted. They asked what we were in for today and quickly discussed what I was interested in. They were pretty busy and apologized for the little wait to get someone to show us some bikes. I was paired up with a nice gentlemen who was extremely knowledgeable on the bikes I was looking at, giving me the pros and cons for each model. I handed over my license and credit card and they let me take the bikes (with a loaned helmet) around the neighborhood to see what felt best for me with absolutely no pressure to buy. Ended up buying a beautiful Cannondale from them and couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service that was provided. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to buy your next bike. I haven't used their service dept yet, but I spoke with one of the service guys and he was brilliant at giving me some tips on keeping the bike in great working order, made some recommendations to some products I was interested in. I bought my Bianchi bike at Gregg's years ago. I've also bought mountain bike shoes there after trying many. The service department at Gregg's Bellevue is great. I've periodically got tune ups there also. I recently had a squeaky noise while pedaling. They quickly diagnosed it as a loose crankshaft and tightened it for free! read more

I've been in twice to test drive bikes. I haven't bought one yet. (Well, we did buy one from them, but it was many years ago). They are very friendly and low-pressure. Their site has a great location and design. They have tons of bikes in stock. I'm impressed. read more

Customer experience was not great. Ordered bike with salesperson 7/13/20, told me it would be ready next day 7/14/20 and I would receive a call to come pick it up. Never received a call, waited two days after it would "be ready". When I called 7/16/20 I was on hold for several minutes, manager got on call and informed me that they did not have the bike. Additionally that manager instructed salesperson to give me that info the same day I ordered it, a call to me that was never placed. The manager apologized, but further said he would check around and call me back later in the day to let me know what my options are. I never received a call back. To add insult to injury, I was charged a $20.00 holding fee for a bike I never received and they do not have - I suppose I will have to challenge that now with the Visa company since I have zero confidence the store can manage anything at this point. Changing to 2 stars. Update, Store manager called me & issued a refund for the holding fee and expressed his condolence for my experience. Nice to get the call. Team was very courteous whenever I spoke with them, and I'm convinced the problem here was entirely accidental in nature - no negative intent. read more

In recent years I haven't spent much time at Greggs as the bike brands I'm interested in are sold elsewhere (Transition for instance), but today I had an issue with my bike and happened to be near Gregg's Bellevue so I dropped in to see if they could help. The service department was clearly slammed with repairs, new builds, etc but the guy nearest to the counter immediately acknowledged me and asked me what was up. I described my problem and rather than give me an estimate around when they could help me, he ran in back, grabbed the small parts necessary to make the fix, and immediately remedied my problem. The team at Gregg's are professional, courteous, and they know their stuff. I'll be back soon. read more
