No frills just good work. My lawn mower stopped working. Dropped it off and was fixed same day 2.5 hours later.

Can't say enough great things about these guys. Been using them for many years. Called yesterday,…read morethey called me right back, came out today & worked with my schedule, fixed the frig. In no time, didn't try to upsell me with parts & service I didn't need and charged me a very fair price. Emanuel was very professional & dispatched Lupe quickly & Lupe was all business & very professional too. Highly recommend these ppl if you need an appliance repair. Thx Emanuel & Lupe!

I have had two repairs from Mauricio's Appliances. In March 2025 my 1991 Kenmore refrigerator had…read morewater pooling below the crisper and dribbling out to the floor. I disassembled the freezer and thought I'd fixed it but hadn't. Ruben came after hours, impatiently brushed aside my diagnosis, tore the freezer apart and found the rusted metal channel that no longer held water during freezer auto-defrost. He told me to junk the frig, but I wanted it fixed and...he pulled a miracle by making a compound of Alex caulk, baking soda and Krazy Glue with which he built a new channel that still holds! I was impressed--$150.00. Just now (September 2025) my 1986 Maytag washer sprung a leak. Lupo diagnosed corroded hoses and leaky water inlet valve--to return and repair with parts $250.00. This was below my "replace it" price of $300.00 so I agreed. Lupo did the repair--did a brief test and declared it fixed--but it leaked when I put in a full load. Lupo came back, disassembled the machine, found a leaky water filter that he could not fix and offered just the right solution. He bypassed the filter and said it was unnecessary because both the new hose and the new water inlet had filters that would suffice. If I wanted a new water filter he would install it for just the price of the part ($49). I decided to do without the part and have done one wash without problem. I have done two repairs on the machine myself over the course of its lifetime and was impressed with the competence and efficiency Lupo showed in breaking the machine down and reassembling it very quickly--work that takes the unskilled DIYer forever and a day with mishaps along the way. These are very competent and honorable workmen and their work coordinator, Emmanuel, was friendly, efficient and easy to access.

I was impressed with…read morethe variety of products they carry - cosmetics, bedding, kitchen goods, small appliances, clothing, daily life goods, and so much more! Many of their products are made in Korea, which I loved! I came for something very specific and not only did they have the product, it was much cheaper compared to what I can find online. I ended up buying more than what I came here for because I couldn't pass on the high quality slippers, buckwheat pillows, and dishwashing gloves! This place has a small parking lot attached, but they also have another parking lot just across the street for overflow. They accept credit card as well!

From reading the low star reviews, I think you need to only purchase items that you don't care about returning. Buying more expensive electronic items may be too risky for their strict, inflexible 14 day return policy. Come here to buy various 'cheaper' and fun items like inside House slippers, kitchen and home goods (especially plastic items). There are many more upscale kitchen cookware, knives that are European brands. the 2nd floor has larger $$$ electronic items, where it may riskier shopping. I feel like for expensive items, you'd be better off shopping at typical store where there is generous return policy, a la Target, Kohls. I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. I can only shop here on rare occasions that I make the long drive to K-town, so for me it's fun treasure hunt shopping, and I know I won't be able to return anything easily. This is also a great store to shop for cute gifts. The workers prob. can understand English, but don't expect American style customer service, that's not what you're coming for in older classic K-town businesses.

After…read morecalling around to several places, Steve provided me with the most competitive pricing by far. He got me exactly what I wanted without trying to upsell me or push me toward different appliances just to clear out existing inventory like some other stores. Beyond beating everyone else on price, Absolute Appliance had a refreshingly reasonable payment structure. They took a deposit upfront and didn't require full payment until we scheduled delivery. Other stores wanted the entire balance paid months in advance, which felt pretty crazy given that ordering and delivery timelines had a five month spread. That kind of policy ties up your money for no good reason. Every appliance was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Installation went smoothly, and the entire process was better than I could have hoped for. If you're in the market for premium appliances, I highly recommend Absolute Appliance. Thanks Steve, we're loving all of our Wolf and Bosch appliances. They've been awesome.

After comparing this showroom with many others, there was no comparison. The level of expertise, customer service and professionalism was far beyond anything else I experienced. If you're planning a kitchen remodel or shopping for appliances, do yourself a favor and start here. I couldn't recommend Oran and the entire team more highly!

Jose showed up about 30 minutes later and gave me a really affordable estimate. He immediately knew what the issue was--super knowledgeable about appliances! We had a few different handymen look at our dryer before, but none of them could figure it out. Jose diagnosed it right away. Turns out our dryer model isn't even sold anymore, so we couldn't get the replacement part. Ended up just buying a new, updated dryer instead. Jose was really nice, professional, and honest. He's had his shop for 20 years, and you can tell he knows his stuff. Definitely recommend reaching out if you need appliance repairs or are shopping for a new one. Thanks so much Jose!

The machine is seven years old, and he said that's about the life expectancy, but mine sounds good and that would help extend the life even further. All in all, top recommendation.
