I spoke to Tom and he said it was an issue since our neighbor on that side didn't treat their yard and had mosquito loving bushes. I have to say I was impressed that the owner, Rick called me and texted. When he did not hear back from me, he wrote me a letter expressing his disappointment in how everything was handled by his team and offered to complete the contract and the added work at no extra cost to me. It would all be completed for the original contract price. He was also there to supervise the entire project. Here is where he really impressed me. Before leaving we chatted a bit. We got on the subject of other house projects and I mentioned I was looking for a plumber and told him my issue. He asked to look at it and in 5-mins had resolved that issue and probably saved me several hundreds of dollars. Two months later I finally found work and before I could pay them they turned me over for collection despite my situation, my open communication with them and the unauthorized charge. I called to make the payment, which was deducted from my account, and two weeks later the collection agency is still sending me letters. I suppose it will depend on whether or not we need to involve a lawyer and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to determine if we ever use them or not. (Action is 2.6 miles from my home) She asked me to send her pictures. I emailed her pictures. Her response was it was a lawn problem and I needed to contact a yard maintenance company. Well I found out it was grub worms. Action is supposed to take care of 20 feet from the house. Grub worms are scarab beetle larvae. To my knowledge beetles are bugs. The infestation is right outside both my front and back doors. I returned a email to her asking if they had anything to handle grub worms. I got no response. I don't know exactly how much contract is left with this company but they can have it!

Over time, I became reluctant to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers because I could not determine whether the call was legitimate or another unwanted solicitation.
