I am a Starbucks person, but if I had Gregory's coffee in my state I would stop drinking Starbucks. This place was amazing.

Although it was very crowded I could see that the staff were working very hard to get the orders completed. I ordered a mocha and it was delicious. I was kind of comparing it to Starbucks and found that I liked Gregory's better. I will definitely go back again. read more

We are regulars at our local coffee shop (Starbucks) sometimes stopping in 2-3 times in one day. We aren't certified experts lol but we understand quality. We decided to order from Gregory's to try something different. We got a couple of sandwiches, oatmeal and coffees. The service was good and presentation was nice. I love the design on the cups and the bag had a hand written message which was super cute. Coffee: The black Nitro Cold Brew & Drip, both had great flavor and made perfectly. The Cold brew was not bitter or watered down and the drip had a nice roast flavor. We also got an iced Latte with snickers syrup that wasn't that great. You couldn't really taste the flavor, had a nice creamy consistency but it was also way too light for a regular. Food: Oatmeal was cold and didn't tastes cooked enough. We ordered 3 deluxe sandwiches (sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant). We didn't really enjoy them. The croissant was overcooked and the rest was very salty, I'm thinking they might be pre-packaged if not, they taste like they are. 1 of 3 didn't eat it, all 3 are still hungry. We also got a plain croissant that was also over cooked, picked at and tossed. Overall, I gave a 3 geared towards the presentation and the coffee less the latte. We spent roughly $40 which we don't feel the meals were worth the price. We would maybe randomly return for a regular coffee but we wouldn't make this daily spot. read more

This location only opened up last week. We were excited to try it. I gave it two stars soley based on the Vegan delight breakfast sandwich .It was amazing!. I would give it zero stars for the coffee. We got a Smashing Pumpkin, Gingerbread Latte and a dark roast balck coffee. All three drinks were watered down and disgusting. It did not taste like any espresso or coffee were in the coffee drinks. the black coffee, which is how we truly judge a good cup of coffee tasted like water. Maybe they reused the coffee grinds because it looked and tasted like brown water. We all through the drinks out. Horrible. Honestly my kuerig makes a better cup of coffee. They did not honor the free cup of coffee promotion either, even though I downloaded the app. Apparently that was just a gimmick. read more

This place could be awesome if management hires capable workers to run it. My first venture was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. First I was overcharged for my order, which is not the crime of the century, but it took five minutes to figure out how I didn't order six pastries, only three. Then watching people receive there orders ahead of me, then staff totally forgetting part of my order was frustrating enough not too return. Young staff lost in their own conversation. It's a shame, because the product was good, but the experience awful. I may try again in a couple of months to see if they can get their act together. read more

This used to be my go to place, I even used them for every corporate meeting. However this is not changing, I walked in last Tuesday around 4:45. The manager on the shift was training a new employee. I stood there with no one else on line for 10 mins and the manager finally said "would you like to put a mask on" to which I replied sure, until she handed me a blue mask from a box that said this does not protect against Covid 19. So then I refused, yet there were people and sitting and talking with no mask on, and just the day before I watched someone get served with no mask. The real problem is that the Gregory coffee worker thinks she knows how to be a doctor, and instead never wanted to listen to the fact that I have a mask exemption as well as anti bodies (which CDC now says are more effective than the man made type). I have a family friend who also has an exception for a mask. And the same manager chose not serve her 1 morning for not having a mask. Then the manager went on to say that people like my friend are killing everyone and it's my friends fault that we have variants. Again this is a manager at a coffee shop not a MD. Great coffee and amazing dining area. Everything is so clean and the vibes you get from here are spectacular. It was my first time going the other day and the manager (I assume she was the manager, she was wearing different clothes from the other employees) was very understanding and helpful. Worked alongside the employees when things got hectic and got drinks and food out fast. One of the other employees, I didn't get her name, but she had colored hair, was super helpful. She recommended a "Fall Oat Boy" which is my go-to drink from now on. 10/10 I most definitely recommend Gregory's. Way better than Starbucks! read more

Ordered the Flower Power, tasted very unique. However, I ordered a large and about 80% of the drink was ice. For the price point that's a little absurd. I encourage you to ask for light ice if you intended on ordering an iced coffee from here. read more
