I am not a coffee drinker but we stopped at this place for drinks and food. I opted for the whipped ricotta toast and I will dream about this dish. So simple yet so good!! The place was in a great location, servers were nice. It was a little pricey in my opinion but prices seemed to be standard for that area.

    cute lil reading nook

obsessed with the vibes here- my friend grabbed a coffee and it tasted so good. cute lil area to sit n chill, a bar, and sit down tables for breakfast (the menu looked so good) would def come back. also the pastries looked amazing and they had so many flavors. the people were friendly too

This place is so cute. I love their logo, and the red themed decor. I just wish it was bigger there were only 2 tables there. However, they are moving to a new location in September! So excited for that to see their new space! I just got a iced matcha latte. It was $5 for a medium and an extra $1 for non-dairy milk. After tasting it, I realized I liked my drink a little sweeter so I asked for some simple syrup and they kindly added some. I think the quality of their matcha is on the lower end, it has a dull green color instead of a bright green color leading to a bitter and not as clean of a taste. But it's good for what it is.

I was really excited to try Kismet Coffee because I have heard a lot about it! The inside is small but cute. I like how it connects to the winery next door. The barista was very friendly and helpful but I wasn't a huge fan of their coffee. I ordered the banana bread latte and unfortunately I didn't taste any banana or coffee, just milk. My mom ordered the same thing, however, hers tasted more like cinnamon. I just wish the coffee was a little more consistent.

    Classic Espresso Martini

I absolutely love it here! The staff is so so nice and great to talk to, and the espresso martinis are to DIE for. I also go for the Ruby Sipper margarita on occasion. Everything is fabulous. Their food is delicious, as well! All around, great little spot for a daytime coffee date or late night hang out. They have great deals and events like karaoke, trivia, and amazing live music. Definitely check it out!!!

Service was ok but had to hear 3 times how booked and busy they were with an empty room. We were the only ones sitting at a table. 48 min later one table sat down. They took care of outgoing coffee orders first. Took 20 min to wait for decaf coffee only to be served in a paper cup. Food was not good. Eggs tasted like they were powdered. I told the wait staff and they took it off the bill. Manager never came over to ask. This was a one and done.

Great new space on Bay Shore Main St. This place has it all. Great vibe, ambiance, live music, outdoor space, fairly priced food. Definitely worth checking out!

Heard about this place on the news and had to try it. The food and drinks were over the roof amazing. I recommend to try this place due to the service and atmosphere being the best. Also have to mention, Nicole our waitress was polite and sweet. Definitely we will be back!

Wanted to like this place but it ended up being mediocre at best. My friend and I ordered an iced coffee, a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and a breakfast burrito to split. My coffee was good but her vanilla sweet cream cold brew was essentially a cup of milk (coffee and flavor nowhere to be found). The breakfast burrito was not as advertised. It was supposed to be a chorizo burrito with eggs, cheese, chorizo and potatoes. In reality, it was a ham and cheese burrito that was the quality level of airplane food. We didn't finish it. I have half a mind to give this place another shot but for a total of $25 for a bad burrito and only one drinkable coffee, I don't know if this place deserves a second chance.

Very cute teeeny spot located inside FI Vines. They always have the best music playing too. Their coffee is very good! Nutty taste to their espresso/lattes. I always get with oat milk and today tried pistachio milk with mine. Delish!!! All the baristas are really friendly and make great drinks. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and I would rather give them the money over Starbucks!

I got the Brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookie latte iced and it was delicious. I love looking for something unique when I visit a coffee shop. The employee was so friendly, can't wait to come back here again.

Kismet Coffee is like a local's dream: the coffee is sourced from Flux, the tea from Serendipitea and their baked goods are made in house. Thankfully they opened up this new location because I had never gotten a chance to swing by Fire Island to try the original! This location is quite small but, based on another comment, there may be more seating in the wine space next door so keep an eye out. Service was super nice, and my seasonal cereal latte was absolutely amazing. The foam was velvety, the cereal taste prominent but not too sweet. I actually ended up swinging by again the same day to pick up a oat milk flat white and that too was equally delightful. Overall, I am upset that this place is so far from my home. BUT I will gladly be back to try their other offerings!

The coffee was good but I prefer the friendliness of the Bay Shore Bean. The girl made me feel like I was bothering her.

Food not so great. Service was even worse. Ambiance was fine. Not sure why the server came to us about 20 times the entire night.

The shop itself was nicely laid out with places for customers to relax and/or work while enjoying their beverage (and possibly dessert). There were ample tables and seating choices for customers to choose from depending on their needs. My Town's Cafe had a lot of beverages and pastries to offer. I was a little overwhelmed, but was just as happy to see variety. The drink menus that I immediately saw were mainly the specials and baristas' recommendations. I didn't see a regular menu without all of the fancy drinks until after I had paid as they were laminated and lying along the counter. I was a little bummed because there weren't any prices written for the speciality drink items and I really didn't NEED to have a fancy drink that cost almost $7. With that said, I tried one of their Spring Specials, the Biscoff Bliss Latte. It was a little sweet, but the hints of Biscoff, Nutella, and cookie butter were prominent. I also ordered a piece of bread pudding upon recommendation from the staff. It had the potential to be really good, but it definitely tasted as if it had been in their cooler for several days. I usually love visiting local coffee spots, but My Town's Cafe missed the mark for me. Perhaps I came in on an off day for them.

It isn't freshly whisked or made to order, they have it premixed and sitting in a container ready to pour. You can definitely taste the difference. It didn't taste fresh and, strangely enough, kind of tasted like Play-Doh. The place itself is really nice, and the staff was friendly, so there are definitely positives here. But at these prices, the quality of the drinks needs to match. With so many good coffee shops in town, they really need to step up the drink quality if they want to stay competitive.

I got a regular coffee with half and half because I also got the crepe and wanted to not have sugar on top of sugar if I drank a sweet drink and had a sweet dessert. I ended up choosing a crepe, they had no dessert with peanut butter in it which would have been my first choice. The crepe was okay. I ate half of it and my boyfriend ate the other half when I saw him after coffee. I found this place to be just okay, I gave it 4 stars because it was good but it didn't wow me and I think they made it too trendy looking and too hyped up. The service was also very good the man who helped me answered my questions patiently. So I liked this place but wasn't really wowed by it.

Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain the day before, the patio wasn't set up. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to set up a table and chairs for us so we could enjoy breakfast and celebrate together with our dog. Our waitress, Jordan, was patient and friendly, which made the experience even better. Since it was our first visit, they treated us to a free stack, and the seasonal option was the Peach Cobbler Pancakes. We also ordered the Benedict Arnold, Biscuits and Gravy, Early Riser with two eggs our way, a Banana Nut Latte, and an Espresso Martini. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the Espresso Martini definitely packed a punch! At the end of our meal, they brought out a tiny Sprinkle Stack with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to my boyfriend. It was such a sweet surprise and honestly made the outing feel extra special. I'm definitely recommending this location. The food was delicious, but the kindness and customer service really stood out. They helped turn a rainy-day breakfast into a memorable birthday adventure!
