6/21/17 Called Greg's Carpet Cleaning for an estimate. The lady I spoke to was very nice and professional, proceeded to schedule the estimate the same day for 5:30 pm. This alone is unusual and was quite pleasing. Greg the owner arrived on time with a professional looking truck and dressed accordingly. Took his time to talk with us and measured accurately, proceeded to give us a detailed estimate and very reasonable. Both my wife and I liked what we saw and what he said. He stated he was about 2 weeks out, which was no problem. I will calling to make an appointment 6/22/17. He's worth the wait and additionally Greg has s note on his web site that states he is booked 1/12 weeks out which is another professional attribute of this company. Will address more after the work is completed within the next few weeks. Great job so far and will be recommending him to our friends who have the same trouble finding good trouble free workmanship in Big Bear. 6/22 called and made an appointment for carpet cleaning, handled professionally and the lady I spoke with was very professional and asked for my email address so she could send me a confirmation by email of my appointment as well as stated that she would send me a reminder email the day before. I couldn't recommend Greg's Carpet Cleaning service more. Greg was so professional, going home and changing clothes that were dirty from someone else's water damage job before coming to my house just to give me an estimate. For the actual cleaning job, he worked so long and so hard and did an impeccable job at a reasonable price. Treated my house like his own. Greg is so courteous and conscientious. He is a hard-working professional with integrity. My carpets, rugs, and upholstery look and smell like new (they are actually ten years old and were really dirty with construction dirt and debris due to construction of an addition). Well, I am embarrassed to say that our carpet in our cabin was pretty bad. It is light green and not kid or pet friendly at all. Several credible people suggested that we just rip it out and replace it but I had faith in Greg's Carpet Cleaning, and Greg did not let me down. They look fantastic!! I cannot believe it is the same carpet. Greg is now my go-to carpet cleaner and I put him in my contacts, as well as on the refrigerator. He was on time, he was friendly and we chatted about stains. I would highly recommend Greg's Carpet Cleaning!!! First, he was very responsive and was able to make me an appointment much sooner than I had expected. The carpet in the home was severely stained and smelled of animal urine. The carpet came out cleaner than I had expected it would! So many times, when the flooring has been damaged by pet urine... there is a lingering odor that is hard to get rid of. He went above and beyond and completely eliminated the odor! As you have probably already read in these reviews his carpet cleaning is excellent. I just have to add that his work on wood floors is fabulous! My old oak floors had some water damage and he cleaned and finished with a glossy seal. He made the floors look new and shiny. He was on his hands and knees with a small vacuum sucking things out of each crevice of the floor. So impressed with the detailed work in the time and effort to make sure his job is done 100%. He put 3 to 4 coats of sealer on it for only a small fee. Really nice guy. I will definitely be using him again! read more

I have to say that I believed the stains in my carpet were permanent and that just cleaning them would not really make much difference. I also in the past the cleaning companies have left my floors left sopping wet. Not Greg's. My carpets look brand new. All Stains were gone, my house smells fresh and carpets were barely damp. I was so happy when I got home and saw how they looked. The pricing was less than the other companies I have used in the past. Greg's has a permanent customer in me and I would personally recommend them to everyone I know. read more

We first used Greg to sanitize our mattress in our rental property. They were very professional and timely. So, when it came time to clean the carpets in our new home we called Greg again. He was so pleasant and helpful and did an excellent job. He also mentioned that he could make my old hardwood floors look new again and that he did! I contacted Greg to clean my carpets and couches. We needed him to come out on a quick turn, as our dogs had an issue. We got lucky and he was able to fit us in the day we spoke. He wasn't sure if he could get to the couches but when I arrived hurrah they were clean and scotch guarded! Boy do my couches look like new! Carpet looks wonderful too! I found Greg's Carpet Cleaners by chance while doing a basic web search. My dogs stained the carpets at my brother's house while visiting him recently.... I'm from Northern California so I didn't know who to call in Big Bear to clean the carpets. I'm so glad I found this company. They did accidentally mix up our appointment time with another client but they were so apologetic and did a great job. They definitely still earned 5 stars from me. Greg's did a great job for me & made my carpets look like new when I was selling my house last year. They worked around my schedule & even split the job into 2 days to make it easier for me. The price was reasonable & the carpet dried quickly. They got out old stains I thought were permanent. Greg did an excellent job cleaning a very dirty used sofa sleeper we recently purchased for our cabin. He arrived on time, got right to work, and had the sofa and its mattress washed and dried within an hour or so. He was very professional, kind and helpful, and even took time from the cleaning to give me names of some painters and handyman to do other work that we needed. Greg's carpet service just did my cabin in Big Bear for the first time. Lots of spots from all the guests over the winter season. The young gentlemen who did our carpets did a fantastic job! He took his time and did it right. Carpets looked great, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely have them back. Greg is amazing! He has this really cool carpet machine that has a spinning head to deep clean even the worst grime out of carpets. The dull, worn high traffic areas look almost brand new! He pretreats, paying close attention to those pesky spots, gets all the edges, rakes the carpet and blow dries it. Nobody even comes close to his level of service!! We weren't able to be there for the cleaning, but he let himself in, moved furniture, and everything was put back in place and left very clean and fresh.
