We hired Greg's company for our vacation rental and we couldn't be happier!! Very impressed with how well my carpet was cleaned. Danny was on time and did a great job, he even cleaned under one of my couches I couldn't move. I get my carpets cleaned once a year to maintain my warranty, and this was the cheapest price we've paid in the last six years so I will be having them return next year. They measure the room you get cleaned and then charge .29 cents a foot, I think that's a great deal because you aren't paying for areas that are covered by beds or furniture. I also had to reschedule my first appointment and they were very understanding and polite and were able to get me another appointment the following week. Great job! read more

I usually don't do yelp reviews but I feel the need to say something about the costumer service. I had an appt and had to leave for a family emergency. I unfortunately was only able to give the driver 20 min cancellation call. Maybe 5 mins later I got a call from a lady I assume one of the owners telling me how rude I was for canceling and proceeded to tell me how she runs an $80,000 dollar company and she can't believe I wouldn't give her more of a heads up. Never once asked about the emergency. Very unprofessional to call a customer in that manner and also talk about how much money they make. Lost my business and respect. We used Greg's Carpet & Upholstery in our Big Bear rental several months ago and what a difference they made. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if the carpet was going to stay "clean" after it dried. We have a light colored carpet that really showed some high traffic stains. The carpeted stair steps were worse. Greg and his team did a great job on the carpet and the upholstery and my wife noticed the difference. Although Greg tried his best to get the stairs cleaned, he was not happy with the results and didn't charge us for the work. Greg is a great and personable guy too! I really enjoyed talking with him about his business and his family. He is passionate about his work and a man of integrity. We have been using Greg's for several years. They are honest, hard working and do an excellent job. Several years ago just after we installed new carpet we had a minor flood issue. The crew was able to pull up the carpet and dry both the pad and carpet and stretch it again when tacking it down. You would never know we had had a problem. When coming in they are efficient and look at any stains. You will be asked if you know the source of the stain so they can try the proper to remove it. As part timers in Big Bear I wish we had a company like Greg's to do our carpet down the hill! read more

I had water damage in my cabin. My plumber, Dan came to rescue me. He recommended his son in law, Greg. Greg was mainly carpet cleaning and very busy. But he came right away in between his job. Set and appointment, called to confirm, Crew was ahead of schedule called and asked if they could move up and we were good to go. Came in with a very nice and clean truck mount unit. Measured the cleanable floor and went to work. Got rid of all the nasty stains where the kids eat, cleaned the dirt and grime that was the front entry way (never seen it so clean). And did all the high traffic areas like pros. Only advice I would give is make sure to have time to ventilate and dry after, if it is cold it may take a while. read more

We were shocked how much pet hair could be removed from our master bedroom. It looked better than when we moved in 2 years prior. The minimum fee of $100 was more than fair for the time they spent. They did not even have to use old school dryers as their equipment sucked up all the moisture with ease. I should have used them every 6 months! read more

Scheduling was simple and Greg showed up ready to go. Actually he was early! Greg went over the procedure and asked about any stains he should know about and then went to work. He moved all the furniture himself with some nifty sliding discs and had heavy duty blowers drying the rooms he had just finished cleaning. He was thorough and meticulous and did a beautiful job!
