My SUV transmission is running like when I purchased the SUV from the dealership. When I called B&C and said a mistake was made. They just said I was a liar even though it can easily be proven. Just look at my SUV anyone can see my transmission has not been touched let alone pulled out. Drive the SUV and see there is nothing wrong with it. So how did B&C come up with a $3,600.00 fix. So who's the liar now. They do not even want to try to prove me wrong because they know they cannot.They will cheat you of $65 and hope you will take the bait for another $3600. While they were at it they reported a couple other items that needed attention. No hard sell just let me know what they found. They also prioritized what they found so the most important things could be fixed first. Then they asked to see it again a few days later to be sure nothing was loose or leaking. They appear to do good work and really care that it is done right. They finished the work a day sooner than they had estimated. Cost was competitive with other shops. I would use them again if I had a similar misfortune. A good place for car repairs.
