Couldn't get lug nuts off as they were rounded off and the stock ford tire change wrench isn't deep well. Need different tools I didn't have. The drive used air bags to Jack the truck up and braced them against my running board. Running board broke off. Damaged my truck, and they wouldn't take care of damage.
