We liked that combination. The french fried were nice and crispy rippled ones. The employee also offered to let us try two kinds of ranch sauces, one individually pre-packaged and one they had poured into a cup. There's a water dispenser that you can get your own water. They also have a free video game that is fun to play while you're waiting for the wings to come out. It used to be a grass fed patty and now they call this a wagyu blend, but it's awful and tasteless compared to the old one. Additionally, their wings (for some reason only when getting to-go) are either way over sauced, sitting in a pool of sauce and thus get soggy or they're under-sauced. The issue with the oil is really what gets me though. I'm guessing they're dragging it out longer before changing it to save money, but they're doing it at the cost of quality and now they've lost a regular customer. I may revisit next year, but not anytime soon. Employees are relatively friendly and service is ok, ambience is typical of a wing joint.

Being physically shoved by staff is another. A few minutes later I approached her and said, "I know it's busy, but you can't just plow through people--just ask us to move." A little later the manager, Chris, came over and immediately accused me of making her cry, told me not to speak to his staff again, and basically said I could leave and never come back. He never once asked what happened or wanted to hear my side. I've worked in restaurants and bars for over 10 years, so I understand how hectic these environments can get. Being busy doesn't excuse forcefully shoving customers or treating them like they're the problem. The food has also been mediocre every time we've eaten here, so there's really nothing bringing us back.
