Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes. Anyone who has a son or daughter or whatever attending UCF, can rely on Auto Tender to troubleshoot and fix their vehicles in an affordable and timely manner. My daughter's boyfriend currently has his car there to fix what another shop right at the front entrance of campus failed to fix and actually made worse. Please do your homework as a parent and you'll find Auto Tender at the top of your list. They'll go above and beyond to help you out in every way.

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.

I recently used Johnny On The Go LLC for automotive services and unfortunately had a disappointing…read moreexperience. After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." Does this sound like a professional company to you?
