Our whole visit pretty much sucked from start to finish: 1) The girls working this year are snooty! So sorry to bother you with our orders. 2) The fried foods we tried for the first time this year are AWFUL. The "cauliflower wings" had a parmesan sauce that tasted like an odd hot sauce. The broccoli bites had 5% broccoli in them. The mozzarella sticks were hard breaded logs. The cheese curds were at least edible. 3) The soft serve that got the syrup flavoring were melting everywhere. Literally every person we saw who had a cone was dripping all over themselves and running back to get a cup. 4) The "waffle crumbs" that one of us ordered were MASSIVE chunks of broken waffle. Who wants that as a topping?? And they were so stingy with sprinkles. We were so shell-shocked to have such a bad experience here because this *was* our favorite ice cream place in the Poconos. We're settling on three stars instead of two because we are holding out hope that this was a fluke and that the love will return next summer.
