During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. The motorcoach was very clean and well-maintained, and when we got some rain, Ahmed made sure to cover the steps into the bus to avoid slippage. The company is top-notch!

There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. We hope to use Innovative Coach and Dee in the future, Thanks!

Premiere No 1 Limousine Service - Our over-packed luggage that Tom, our Premier 1 Limousine driver, took to the car

He also accommodated our overpacked luggage. Trip from Washington Dulles International Airport: Ruby was our pleasant, personable, and outstanding driver. My husband and I were starving after our long flights from Rotterdam to Dublin and then to Dulles International. Ruby kindly took us to Gettysburg Royal Farms to try their world-famous chicken before returning to Harrisburg. We also appreciated the cold water for our ride to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, our experience with Premier Limousine was disappointing…read more I originally contacted them about transportation for a group cruise and initially estimated 12 passengers. Before making the reservation, I specifically updated them that our group had grown to 18 people and asked for additional information regarding their 23-passenger minibus. Based on the information provided, we discussed the price with our entire group, everyone agreed, and we moved forward with the online booking and paid a deposit. After the reservation was made, we were contacted and advised that although the minibus seats 23 passengers, it has very limited luggage storage and no underbelly storage. We were told that with 18 passengers, we should limit everyone to one suitcase each and that additional luggage could create a problem. We later asked specifically about carry-on bags, backpacks, garment bags, etc. and were then told that carry-on-sized suitcases would not fit in the overhead storage and that suitcases could not be kept in the passenger compartment due to safety regulations. At that point, the alternative presented to us was upgrading to a small motorcoach, which increased our round-trip cost from $2,433.60 to $3,384. My issue is not that there are luggage limitations on a minibus. I completely understand that different vehicles have different storage capacities and that safety requirements need to be followed. My disappointment is that this information was not communicated before we booked. We had already specifically disclosed that we had 18 passengers traveling to a cruise and had asked about the minibus before making the reservation. Luggage is obviously a significant consideration for 18 people traveling on a cruise, and knowing these limitations beforehand would have absolutely affected our decision. To their credit, they did bring the issue to our attention before the trip and confirmed that they would provide a full refund of our deposit if we chose to cancel. After discussing it with our group, that is ultimately what we decided to do because we did not want to risk luggage not fitting on the morning of our cruise. I appreciate that they notified us well in advance and agreed to refund our deposit, but the entire situation could have been avoided with more thorough communication before the booking was made. When someone specifically provides a passenger count and asks questions about a vehicle before committing to a reservation, important limitations like luggage capacity should be clearly explained at that time. Unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed and looking elsewhere for our transportation.

Did I get there in one piece? Yes. Was it stressful? Yes…read more First, the bus stop itself is not marked. I was out in a parking lot looking around thinking... is this it? Second, the bus was 15 minutes late. I was starting to think... should I just ditch this plan and go buy an Amtrak ticket? is this thing coming? Am I in the right location? there's other people looking confused so maybe we're all confused in the right spot. Third... we're on the road for an hour and go to the most ghetto, strange, small truck stop for gas. We didn't stop at a big shiny rest stop on the turnpike, we went to some out of the way place where time stopped in 1980. Fourth.... the whole top of the bus was full with folks from Philadelphia. the seat in front of me was broken. I took a seat in the back, rear of the bus because that's what was open. It was horrible because underneath my seat was a wheel bumping and jostling but the real stinker, literally, was every time someone opened the bathroom door, I got a blast of potent urinal cake. The WiFi didn't work in the mountains. It also didn't work in the hills. The WiFi just plain didn't work. Between the jostling and the smells, you can forget trying to read as your book bounces up and down and you can also forget trying to sleep. If you're looking to save money and get somewhere, then sure, go Megabus. If you have the cash and want to be more comfortable... forget the bus and go Amtrak.

My plane to Philadelphia had been canceled due to bad weather and the furthest I could fly to was Harrisburg, where I decided to take a megabus. Except I misunderstood the baggage rules and had one luggage too many. The guy loading the luggages would not and never let me in. I offered to pay, nothing. They left me stranded in the middle of a big mall parking lot, in freezing temperatures (mid December), in a city I don't know, in a country I'm not a citizen. The bus was half empty, and I couldn't get in because I had A CARRY ON TOO MANY. How messed up is that? That's already really miserable behavior on a business standpoint, but on a human level? Even worse. Thank God for real American spirit, a good Samaritan drove me an hour away when he saw the scene.
