I went from Dallas to Austin with me scheduled to arrive within three hours. Ended up getting to Austin half an hour earlier than expected. Much more pleasant experience compared to Megabus on the way to Dallas. WiFi never works on Megabus. Even if they seat you on the older Kerrville buses. Ironically the older Kerrville bus was more comfortable compared to the double decker Megabus. On the Kerrville bus, I had more leg room and the AC actually worked.

The seat are so dirty I can go on and on. The whole area is covered in red bricks, and is a scenic place to take in downtown Dallas. This station has both bus stops and a train station. It felt safe here coming in the middle of the day, there were plenty of uniformed police officers standing around chatting. They could certainly use more ticketing kiosks here. And more signage. There was some guessing on which direction things were going where, but we got it figured out. The station was clean, and well lit. It could use more public art. Meh. It's handicapped accessible. I liked this place, but it has much more potential.

Cabs from LH to uptown are a bit pricey, especially when you're going there and back in one night.
