Nothing much to say but it was a quiet greyhound station and small I might add. The staff looked like they didn't enjoy their job.

Some buses are boarded on Weber Ave. This isn't as clear as it should be. If you're lucky enough to find one of their ambassadors of service, they will work efficiently to help you find your way, eliminating the confusion. You can reach most of the county from this center, and there are buses to Dublin/BART and Sacramento. Indoors, tickets are sold, but you must talk from behind the glass, so it can be a bit difficult to hear. Lighting outside is sufficient, except on Weber Avenue. Also, buses going to Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca change where they are boarded, so be aware.

I contacted her job RTD, AND THEY blew me off. This girl is mentally unhinged, we have also contacted the police and are currently working on a restraining order. If a job is told their employee is attacking and harrasing people unprovoked, has proof and does nothing about it, especially when the job serves the public is crazy to me.

The handicapped stall was out of TP. The line for the one open toilet was long. When I asked the only employee why the other stalls were locked, the response I received was, and I quote "yea I know, we keep it that way, there are two stalls you call use" when I mentioned that the handicapped stall had no toilet paper, all she said was "yea, I know were out, you can walk 2 blocks to the McDonald's if you need to use the bathroom" while in her phone. I can't believe that a bus terminal has no toilet paper for the number of people coming through this place throughout the day, there are at least 75 people right now, with more than half being women and children. Completely unacceptable, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help was just very disappointing. If you plan to take the Greyhound and Sacramento is one of your stops, I recommend brining your own toilet paper. Aside from that, it's spacious with several tables and benches to sit and wait. Vending machines are available with snacks and water. There is a "restaurant" however, it's closed and doesn't look like it offers much. If you are here for a while at least there is a McDonald's 2 blocks away.

As a disabled passenger I know that I have certain rights and unfortunately the bus driver was not willing to abide by them/ ADA . Bus driver had an attitude and was arguing about the placement of my wheelchair and could not guarantee reimbursement if it was damaged. She was literally was acting as if I didn't have a disability because I was standing at the time and walking. Not all wheelchair users are wheelchair bound . Some are ambulatory and can walk short distances. But anyway, this bus line is not worth the hassle. I know she hates her life personally, but please don't take it out on passengers . The only positive aspect was that the pick up point was right in front of a Oakland, West Oakland BART station so that I was able to easily take the next train to SFO and book an airline ticket. The last minute airline ticket that I paid which costs $80 more is worth it knowing my wheelchair will being handled with care and consideration and that I also I will also be treated like a human being .

This bus line should not be allowed to be in business, because they have NO respect or consideration for their passengers.
