The price was very fair in comparison to their competitors. FYI: our unit (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; empty of almost all furniture except a bed frame (no mattress) and an end table.) we have carpet in our bedroom, dining room and family room. Pros: -We have a soak in tub that the jets get very dirty as we don't use. They did a very nice job cleaning out the tub. - the bedroom carpet in the bedroom was cleaned nicely. Cons: -my husband asked them to not lock the door as we only lock the deadbolt. They locked the handle. It was very challenging to get in. (I can chalk this up to a miss communication though) - the tile was not swept let alone mopped or wiped. - Our place was barely cleaned. The freezer shelves were not wiped down. - the lights were not dusted. - the counters in the kitchen were not wiped down - they wiped down the kitchen cabinets as you could see the streaks but left residue and particles all over the cabinet doors - our closet has two mirrored doors these were not cleaned. - the toilet was not cleaned, the bathroom sink was not cleaned and even though they did a nice job on the tub they didn't wipe down the handles of the shower. - there was dust left on top of the counters, heating thermostat, the door bell, etc - What made me most upset is the carpeting in our living and dining room. It is an off white normally and There were two spots on the carpet. When we saw the stains after the cleaning took place we assumed they were too hard for the company to get out. But we touched them and you could tell they were not cleaned. My husband and I went to dollar tree and got a $1 towel and a $1 carpet cleaner and got the spots out in under 3 mins. I'm so incredibly disappointed with this company. Moving is incredibly expensive and we completely wasted $300+ (after tip) on this service. I have attached my photos as evidence.
