EDIT: Since the business owner replied, cleaning looked good upon initial review and comment listed was sent minutes after the cleaner left. Kitchen grime wasn't noticed until moving in, and with respect to offering to come redo/reclean, that offer was not made, just a discount. Lost of debris and dirt left behind, no tables or countertops were cleaned, nor the machines we discussed with the manager (Jack). Wasted money on household chores. A cleaning service should make sure every spot of a unit is clean, but it is apparent the bare minimum was performed. The manager also charged for this service several days before the cleaning was performed to ensure payment regardless of quality. He is a con artist.

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up.
