There were also some quality issues with the installation (one area where the carpet from the bedroom was loose due to the installation. There were also gaps along the baseboard) I believe that things will occassionally go wrong - it's how the response to those issues are handled. The staff at Mesa Sales were on top of it and I felt they made me a priority. They sent someone out that same day and fixed the problem and, when he was done, you couldn't even tell there were any issues. The staff was super helpful and, in the end, I'm a very happy customer.

I called around looking for a retailer whom stocks carpet. I got a hold of Pat sweet helpful sounding lady whom was nice on the phone, sounded like they might have what I was looking for in stock which was music to my ear's ! I was hopefully optimistic as I am almost done with a complete remodel house and they could deliver by this friday . However as he was quoting prices they were considerably higher than a store I just left. I gave make model color etc and they were going to try to match it on a order but preferred selling what they had which was in stock ( but 1100 more than a deal I had in writing. Art introduced Eddy and they went back and forth and wrote up a proposal and I said i will let them know but 1100 is kind of hard to swallow though I loved there piece and time frame. Then a few hours later while at lunch Eddy calls asking where I am at and if I wanted to move forward . I said gee whiz man I want to but its a lot more money for being able to install friday... .. I said " I will call you when I am done with lunch" as I need to eat on it"! We both chuckled and I ate lunch then called back and offered a counter off. To take 11 boxes of tile same vendor of which they do business with and come down a few hundred and I am ready to go. I know borrring so far :):) Eddy tells me to call Art which I did and his demeanor went from fun " "wheeling a dealing guy I met " to very serious tone" I'm not sure I will do the deal ( I remind him ...we are talking about 300 different on a 5k plus deal and he is getting min 120 ft at a 1.00 a ft tile that all tile shops sell at 2.5 a ft says ok I will do it where can I meet him and ask am I close by? I said no I am working on a house but I am ready to go right now. He says great come over with CASH and we can move forward. I said I have my credit card out , I am ready to give you a deposit to which he said this deal is dying fast ITS A CAH DEAL ! I said perplexed you don't take cards ? He said its Cash I offered to pay a hundred extra to offset his fee's and essentially he rudely ended the call but said as he hung up, he only discussed CASH at his store. I went to my car and found the my copy of the proposal THEY WROTE AND COPIED ME on and it said 395.14 tax on the paper! I immediately called eddy before calling Art back and Eddy said Art said to him remember we talked about Cash ? He said he thought it might of been what Art said when I was there ( I said, it never happened, Art was trying to convince Eddy)...I said to Eddy "you guys gave me the proposal and it say's tax right on it . I asked Eddy if he could show him what he wrote and in NO way did anyone ever mention CASH. I said he maybe hiding his taxes but I pay mine and if I do a cash deal it looks like I am making a lot more on the house when I sell it ( I need to expense it ! Then a few hours later Eddy calls me and said Art said to give him a CASHIERS check or cash to give to the installer when he shows up friday and he will move forward! otherwise deals off! I was insulted and baffled, ... Despite the amazing reviews if you look at the BAD ones . Art is a jerk . Eddy is a people person and I cannot help but believe Arts genus was figuring out how to keep a guy like Eddy. Left to Art he wouldn't be in business! Definitely wouldn't have the positive reviews...and I am still somewhat perplexed at the reviews they do have. But look at the negative ones, you will see ART named . , My head is still spinning on what appeared to be a fun deal that I was looking forward to doing. Fell apart because of GREED ! a few dollars on a credit card and or TAX ! Became very disappointing and insulting in the end. With the ridiculous terms!

This claim was never mentioned at any point during the project. In fact, Matt never once came on-site to assess our home, quote the job, or oversee the work. The idea that our home had structural issues was only brought up after we expressed how unhappy we were with the final result and repeated failed repairs. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to intimidate us -- a young family with babies -- simply for speaking out about our experience. That behavior is beyond unprofessional and incredibly unsettling. No one should feel threatened by a contractor they've let into their home, especially during a vulnerable time (I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and then home with a newborn during all of this). This company does not stand by their work, they do not communicate honestly, and they clearly do not care about their customers. Avoid Matt Stanczak's company at all costs.

we ordered new kitchen cabinets through the Gilbert location. Cabinets were order in November 2025…read moreand scheduled for installation the week of January 19 - 23, 2026. We were told it would only take these five days to install the cabinets. Countertop measurements took place at end of January and countertop installation took place on February 18th. As of today, March 16th, the installation is still not complete and finished. DKB was last out on March 2nd and only completed most of the cabinetry related items and has yet to install some under countertop lighting, and install surfacing on the bottom side of some upper cabinets. Our project would only be this far if not for our constant follow up and phone calls. We were promised our concerns would be addressed back in February by a upper manager of DKB when they didn't schedule sufficient time for our installation the first time around. It is now two months this week since the one week when all work was supposed to be complete. Still over $1,000.00 in paid for work to be complete and no phone call or follow up by DKB to complete our improvements to our satisfaction. This whole process has been a bit frustrating and disappointing. We were not informed that the countertop installer and plumber are two different subcontractors. Our Designer was not experienced with cabinet lighting and electrical rough in needs and requirements. Unable to assist with any type of coordination efforts when requested to make sure power sources were prepared and ready. it wasn't until after the cabinets were installed and countertop measured that we learned our selected countertop as it turned out is not available in the size needed without additional joints in the slab. This caused more delays to our schedule. Had the limitations of the countertop material been discussed at time of design back in November, the design could have been changed. Again, just another example of inexperience we had to learn the hard way. Still no telling if or when our new cabinetry will be complete.

As all jobs, there were a few hiccups but the team at Diamond rectified the issues fast and we were well taken care of. The delivery guys were awesome as well as the installers.
