We found this place last fall. We live in Cockeysville and bike along the NCR. I love this cozy…read morefriendly restaurant with great food and service and frequent it at least once a week. We have NEVER had a bad meal. The pizza is wonderful. They have a gluten free option. The portions are generous. I particularly like their apple and fig salad. They have great wings with a generous portion. My friend likes their fresh tuna salad and bowl. Again generous serving size. Very diverse menu options to satisfy everyone. This is a local gem It should be supported by the community. The owner is very philanthropic. He supports local charities churches NCR etc by donating 20 percent of collections for that day for people who come in and mention the name of the charity. Who does that every week on Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the year? Please support this restaurant!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Needed some guidance on what to order and my server suggested the grilled chicken Caesar wrap. It was delicious and fresh! My child ordered the pizza. It was so cool watching them put it in their brick oven! I had to sneak a bite of his pizza since they are known for pizza. Did not disappoint! The crust and sauce were extremely fresh and light! Had more cheese than I like. But my child was loving it!!! When we come back, I'll probably order the margarita pizza since that is more my speed of cheese, sauce and crust ratio! If you want to sit indoors there are plenty of table and if you'd like to sit outdoors there is an adorable patio with umbrellas! You can tell this is a beautiful family owned restaurant with plenty of stories and character. The interior looks like a barn which my server later told me it was and got renovated to the restaurant we see today. They've been open for about nine years. The best word to describe this restaurant is charming. I loved it. It is located off a main road so I would advise being careful with parking. I was unaware that there is a parking lot in the back of the house next to the restaurant! Google maps didn't show me that so I was slightly concerned when I pulled up but found the big lot quickly.

I got the chicken…read moresalad but requested it without bread and was very satisfied that they served it to me instead on a bed of greens. One friend got the chicken Caesar salad. It's listed on the menu as a "small plate" but turned out to be a very decent size. My husband tried the key lime ice cream, which was not listed on the menu of flavors. This tasted really good too. The seating area is very limited - about six table with two chairs each. There are also a few tables outside. One drawback is that prices are not clearly listed. For instance, I could not find any signage for how much the drinks, muffins or croissants cost, which would have been helpful to me in my attempt to be a smart consumer. Overall, this is a nice place to grab a bite after walking or biking the trail. There is 30 minute parking for customers - apparently the employee told a friend of ours that they do tow away cars (I guess of hikers) but I don't know how much they enforce the time aspect.

The Stonebridge Grill is a culinary adventure in Parkton, MD that boasts a huge menu that has…read moresomething for everyone and for all tastes. I could eat here everyday, seriously, it's a jewel hidden behind a liquor store and a modest appearance. And the menu is huge, as a chef and culinarian myself, usually big menus make me a little nervous about execution, but I happen to know some people that highly recommended the place. So I ventured in with some family (age ranged from 18-50s). THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Full stop. Yes, they have a good tap beer selection and great liquor too - did I mention the store - but credit to the bar too, their craft cocktail selection was tasty and refreshing. Back to the food! Pot roast made with the same respect as Beef Bourguignon, with tender flavorful meat balanced, silky smooth potatoes underneath, mouthwatering reduction atop. Shrimp and grits with authentic made grits, not that Quaker boxed stuff, garnished with a zesty coleslaw - absolutely delicious. So many flavors and textures melding together. Wonderful. Fried green tomatoes served with a raisin cream cheese dollop on top, they were incredible. Lamb pops grilled and served to perfection. We tried a crab fried rice that would make any Asian Chef would have blushed over. Whipped feta. OMG, if you don't know about whipped feta, look it up. They happen to have it on the menu, so we had to try that. Marvelous! Absolutely incredible. My nephew did talk much about his seafood risotto, which if a 20-something says nothing while cleaning the plate, I believe that's solid and speaks for itself. I can't wait to go back, I didn't even get to try the burger and I hear that's outstanding too (believe me lots of places and people screw up a burger). Everything here is crafted with respect not only to the ingredients, but to the methods of preparation. Michelin style cooking hidden in comfort foods and explorations across the menu. I said it was an adventure, and what a journey it was, and I'll say it again; I can't wait to go back!
