It's my first time here so for now I'm giving it 4 stars and if my next visit turns out the same way I will update it to 5. It's been a while since I've been to a Mongolian bbq place. I decided to try this location and I'm happy to report it was not a disappointment. It's 8.95 a pound, so it's up to you on what you want to load your plate with. I might of added a bit too much veggies for flavor. The meat even though it's frozen it looks fresh, meaning unlike other places where you can tell it's grey from being frozen too long. The veggies are fresh and crunchy. The sauce combinations you make yourself are excellent. I chose the normal sauce, and loved it. Great flavor, I will maybe add more soy and oil next time. I was hungry so I went over board with my plate. Mine came to 2.5 lbs lol so that was 24 dollars. The amount of food was a lot though so I made two meals out of it. My first time here, ordered through the computer screen. Got 2 bowls exactly the same except they weren't. One dish had the lemon, ginger and garlic, the second dish had exactly zero of any of it. 4 tiny shrimp and 3 tiny shaved pieces of chicken, some vegetables but not everything I asked for. Mostly it was noodles that 99 Ranch Market charges $2 for. And when I paid cash my change was short. Frankly I could make this so much better at home. Whole thing was $38.12. Years ago Mongolian BBQ was a cheap date in Westwood Village, $6 got you a full Bowl, a side of soup and a roll. Now it's rip off city. I strongly recommend that you just don't, The New Mexican place had a line all the way down the sidewalk, that seems to be the winner or frankly a bean and cheese burrito at Miguel's. I ordered a kids plate and the potion was pretty big. The food was freshly made, and when it was served, it was very hot. I love all the different options that they gave you. Giving it 3 stars because the food is good. However, this is the 2nd time I have gotten shrimp in my bowl although I did not choose it because I am ALLERGIC. The 1st time I brought it back, the cashier had attitude and said it mightve gotten mixed with another plate they were making and was telling me to just take the shrimp out. I said I understand that, but I am ALLERGIC and cannot eat shrimp. It took about 10 minutes of going back and forth for them to remake my plate. This time I was not able to return it since they were already closed by the time I got home and realized that there was alpt of shrimp added. Please be more careful when making people's order. We stopped by after seeing the sign and peeked through the window and it looked amazing. My wife and I have ate Mongolian many times and we were craving that familiar bliss. Unfortunately, Griddle Mongolian didn't meet our mark. First, the price was set by weight which was a first for us but we were ok paying for delicious food. When we received our $30 plate of noodles, I found that they were dry and lacking in favor. Like I mentioned above I have eaten Mongolian many times before and I've never tasted noodles that flavorless. The only part I personally enjoyed was the shrimp but everything else lacked in flavor. read more

I like how convenient this place is. They have a website where you can place an order online and pay for it. Pick up is a breeze. Sometimes you might have to wait when they're busy. The food is awesome. This is the second time we have been here, but the service is...questionable. We have a large family of 5 people, including a toddler. We paid for 4 meals (weighing over 1 lb) and we just wanted water because of our kids. It was pulling teeth trying to get water cups and the cashier gave us a REALLY hard time for giving water cups. They gave us 2 cups initially and when we asked for 3 more, they told us they were "running out" and hesitated to give us more. We had to argue to ask for more cups. Um, if you're in the food industry and you're "running out of cups" when your customers paid over $60 for food, you might want to come up with a better excuse to not give your customers something as simple as water or have a sign to bring your own water (eyeroll). Knew this place was here since they opened but for one reason or another never stopped in until I finally did! This place was probably one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. We went in around 3pm... The employees were super nice & the selection to include in my noodles was big. They use larger bowls too so it's nice that I didn't have to struggle putting in my ingredients into a tiny bowl like other places.
