A decent Mongolian spot for what it is, especially since it's not one of the typical ayce places you find in malls. I like that it's priced by weight, so I can customize exactly how much and what I want. I was worried it might turn out too salty once they add their own sauce, but it actually came out well-balanced since they also add a bit of water to help with the sodium. I filled up my bowl with more meat and veggies than noodles, though everything does shrink quite a bit after it's cooked. Overall, it hit my preferred flavor profile and was pretty satisfying. There's a self-order kiosk next to the cashier, but it defaults to a set price and charges extra for additional meat and add-ons. Don't order through there unless you're okay paying more for the convenience, it's better to build your own bowl manually. They also give a small container of rice and a fortune cookie. read more

Great place if you want to get your Mongolian BBQ fix! It is located within the same plaza as Smart&Final and Dutch Bros. There was a good amount of available parking. The restaurant is very casual like a takeout restaurant, but clean surroundings. Price is $8.93/lb, and surprisingly thats not a bad price because the food was a lot when you pick your choices. I recommend coming in to make your order, so you can have it just the way you want it vs letting the workers do it based on their online service. You are able to self-select your options for your meat, veggies, noodles, and sauce. Food looks and tastes good when they make it fresh in front of you. Definitely would come back to get my mongolian bbq fix if I am around the area. read more

I used the fresh bar by weight, but they also have a virtual ordering option. Comes with steamed white rice, a fortune cookie, and extra sauces of your choice. The family and I went here for the first time, and it will not be our last. This place is the best for fresh food packed with flavor. You begin by filling a bowl from the buffet of fresh food they offer to be cooked on a grill. They offer a wide range of protein, vegetables, and sauces. It's priced at $8.93/lb. Once you're done filling your bowl, a person grills it. The food was delicious and cooked beautifully. I really liked that the family got to control the portion size, even though it was really great a leftover as well. The staff were very nice from the beginning to the end. I noticed that they have a kiosk for quicker service and payment as an option. I recommend dining in and didn't see a decent outdoor dining. This place is great. read more

I'm not sure they have any pure vegan. Unless you do just veggies which is vegan but they use the same grill as the meat so you may end up with meat flavor just be aware.

Many previous reviews mentioned that this place used to automatically add a 6% gratuity fee even for solo diners. It seems they've stopped doing that, but they still add gratuity for larger groups.

My Dog Sierra absolutely loved her bday lunch from Griddle Mongolian Grill. They even cleaned the grill for her to ensure no salt or other seasonings was added to her chicken and rice.
