My DoorDash order got messed up yesterday, so I called the restaurant and they immediately took ownership, remade my meal, and made sure everything was A1. Ordered take out for the first time and was not disappointed at all. Order included chicken soup tom yum style, teriyaki chicken on rice, and drunken noodles with beef. The tom yum and drunken noodles were mild and were a bit too spicy for me! Next time will order the NO spice to enjoy it more fully, but absolutely delicious! For me the mild was a 4.5/10 spicy, to the point where it was still pretty enjoyable but had my nose running and kept biting into chilies.. I would suggest to omit the green hatch chilies and less red pepper flakes entirely from the mild soup and especially the drunken noodles. The teriyaki chicken on rice was a favorite! it was perfectly cooked, with golden chicken skin and a great sized portion. Nice, comfortable restaurant in a large strip mall north of the Kaiser Permanente. I ordered a Pad Ka Paow made with ground pork. It is served with steamed rice. The meat has a rich, savory flavor. You could order it with ground chicken or beef as well. The vegetables in the stir fry are red, yellow, and green bell peppers and green beans. The dish is seasoned with Thai basil and is very flavorful. I will definitely return to try this meal again made with ground chicken or beef. There is a 15% discount offered during happy hours. This is a small place in an older strip mall on Sierra Ave. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted right away. The lady who helped us was friendly and checked on us a few times.
