Rebecca and Vince were able to provide direct updates regarding repair of the vehicle and were flexible with my schedule for pick up. The Gerber team were able to monitor my car while I was away for work travel, which is super helpful to me. In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't have to pay above my deductible when working with Gerber collision. They were able to work with my insurance company to address any supplemental issues, so the cost of repair was affordable. Asked google for the highest rated dent removal shop near me. Dent Clinic came up with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Read some reviews was very impressed. Checked a couple other places out. And most said they could get it back to 90%+/- a few. Dent clinic said they could get it closer to 95-99% I added before and after photos. Understand the white stuff in the before Photo is PPF had to remove it, but you can see how bad the dent was. If you don't know what PPF is ask a body shop and get it, it saved my paint no scratches. As for cost they were very reasonable compared to others.

My concern is no longer just about the original service issue. I find it extremely unprofessional for a business to respond to customer criticism by publishing internal customer information and making damaging allegations online. Tesla has since opened a formal investigation into the matter because Marshall is a Tesla Approved Collision Center.
