I took my car to get repaired after an accident. Once the car was repaired there were somethings I was not happy about. I had to call the insurance company out to review and they said everything was fine. I ended up taking my car to another repair shop that had a different insurance adjustor come out and the new repair shop ended up fixing the mistakes Shannon's made. I am not sure why the first adjustor did not see the same mistakes or why it took Shannon's almost 7 weeks to "fix" my car. read more

Shannon did repairs on a truck of mine that was hit by a tree branch some years back. They had the vehicle for 5 weeks, so long that my insurance loaner car coverage maxed out, and I ended up with a $160 rental fee. When I finally got the truck back, it had not been properly buffed & had sanding marks all over the finish. The owner is unpleasant & does not care about customer satisfaction. I had a very unfortunate experience with this establishment. Although the work done on my car was satisfactory, the owner was dishonest about some of the work, and refused to remedy his mistakes. It's a long story, but the bottom line is that the customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend dealing with it. read more
