At the time, I was actually surprised by the lack of investigation that was required to diagnose the issue but I didn't question it. My issue was partially fixed during this appointment, but unfortunately I did have to have another plumber come out to assess and they discovered there was a clogged. I think if more time was spent investigating the issue, I likely wouldn't of had to call on another plumber. I even mentioned that there had been water accumulating in the pan under my furnace, which I know can point to a clog.. but I felt this was somewhat ignored. Furthermore, I felt the owner of this company left me with really poor advice.. advising me to cover the return vent on my main level with a piece of cardboard, which was supposed to help cool down the upper level of my house quicker. He wasn't specific about how long to keep it covered, but I figured maybe 2 to 3 hours? Well after a couple hours my indoor ac unit starts making a terrible noise. At this point, I do some independent research only to discover that covering your return vent with a piece of cardboard is a terrible idea! So idk if the poor advice was with malicious intent and just out of ignorance. But that's my story.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!

Nick, the owner, usually answers the phone and is always pleasant and helpful. I was able to ask him a lot of questions to see if we can determine what the cause might be for not having enough hot water. We requested someone come over to see why we did not have enough hot water, CJ and Dalton came. Both these men were courteous, friendly, and knew their work! They found the problem and answered all our questions. They were honest. It was determined that a handyman we used to fix a leak four years ago must have accidentally switched the positions of the hot and cold water hoses behind our clothes washer. So, when I washed with what I thought was cold water, hot water was really coming out. Since the men were here,we also asked them to change our water valves to make it easier for us to turn off water in an emergency and they did that. We also showed them what we thought was a leak in the toilet of one of the bathrooms and they fix that too. Their attitude was great. They took care of everything for us The bill for the amount of time they were here, their supplies and valves was very reasonable. They installed our hot water heater two years ago and now they helped us with the plumbing behind our washer. We've been 100% pleased with their work each time. That is just a bold-faced lie Sir. I talked to Matt all the time and mentioned the issues that I had at the time of installation. Nothing was done. The initial work order had something to the affect of move unit 2 feet to the right to accommodate the 4-inch box filter that I wanted installed because we had pets. I changed the location of where you wanted to put it so as to facilitate the drain from the unit, the running of which looks like crap (see picture) Why would I need a maintenance plan to change filters? The Filter never did fit correctly if you will look at your service records you will see that Daniel came to do a service to our unit and cobbled together something to keep the filter in place which it was not doing. Yes he wanted to open the closed system and remove the coil and take a chance introducing contaminates into it. How often do you open a sealed system just to clean a coil I don't believe I ever did. And He wanted to charge $1400 and take a day or so to do it. Again not true I asked if he could spray some calclean from the top of the coil as I have done for the last twenty years that I have been in the industry and none of the water the he sprinkled on the upper side of the coil even got into it. and the technician gave in and DOCUMENTED, that the cleaning was worthless And yet after saying that what he did was worthless he still charged me $419. I took my Electrical Apprenticeship in 1982 I took my HVAC Mechanic apprenticeship in 1990 and have been working in building maintenance since 1986. I am a professional for the last 40 years and If I did some work that was worthless, I could not in good consciousness charge the customer for that work. Your installation guys ran the thermostat in the open in my closet after they said they would put it inside the wall(the original tstat wire was in the closet and I wanted it in the wall ) I believe I addressed all the points you bought up on this not used forum. Left us with a $600 bill and my furnace still intermittent. My husband was in contact with both JP and the owners wife and they said they were trying to figure it out. We paid our bill and that is when we got ghosted by them. Left us without a proper working furnace in the cold. Ended up finding the root cause to our issue ourselves when restarting furnace again and smelling burning. The white neutral input wire was burnt and causing furnace to short out. My advice to anyone: don't pay your bill until they fix the unit or they will ghost you. I heard from other friends that they did the same to them As well.
