He was very kind, listened to my problem with the recliner, and went right to work. I appreciate how respectful of my home he was and how he didn't want me to lift a finger to do anything to help. He showed me the broken spring after he repaired it, made sure the recliner and sofa set were connected, left the place clean, and even allowed me to take care of a few things before putting it back together, all in a matter of 25 minutes! The wooden frame was wobbly, but it was beautiful. I tried to hang it in my living room and the flimsy walls of my apartment couldn't stand the weight, and down it crashed. The mirror glass was fine, but the wooden frame cracked as did the detailed scalloping. I found Antonio's here on Yelp and am happy to report it OWNS its 5-star rating. They did a BEAUTIFUL job with my grandmother's mirror (I almost starting crying when I picked it up!), and were SO friendly. Yes, it's a little pricey - but it's amazing HAND touched work. The main restoration guy even gave me a tour of their facilities when I came to pick up the mirror and I was blown away by the level of artistry that's happening in this little spot in SOMA.
