My husband and I stopped in for lunch last week and were really surprised at the friendly service. Donna, our server, treated us as if we were regular customers. I noticed she glanced at our order as it came out of the kitchen to make sure the fries were crisp as ordered. She continued to make sure we were enjoying ourselves through out the meal. And while we were first in as it opened at 11:00 AM by the time we left the restaurant was bussing with folks enjoying their meals. Great smash burger. We'll be back. read more

We decided to try our Grill A Burger on Mothers Day this year. I knew birders would be a hit with my teens and husband, and my goal was an easy, delicious meal where everyone can get a good meal they love. This place delivered. The selection is insane. There is truly something for everyone. They let you customize whatever you choose as well. We each loved our burger. They were MASSIVE. I will say, the toppings are what made the burgers stand out. The meat itself was a bit plain and we all agreed we'd like it better of the meat was a bit more seasoned. They have a variety of fries to choose from as well as dipping sauces. We got the regular fries with garlic ketchup and loved it. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a tropical theme, which was fun. I am always searching for a huge and delicious hamburger. My favorite still remains the 1/2 lb from Fatburger. Alas, I have to drive 50 miles up the 10 to get one. Grill-a-Burger comes pretty close. 6 oz patties, 12 oz for the double. Cooked exactly medium rare as requested. I put a lot of pepper on it to simulate Fatburger and it was wonderful. Fries were good too. Service was great, constant refills for my diet coke. Price was high, but that's not really their fault. Will be back. read more

CS is excellent, love the ambiance, Hawaiian Decor inside is interesting. Burgers are BIG, but you can order Mini Burgers and half order of their fries. Their fries are cut fresh daily, taste is phenomenal. The Burgers are SUPERB, done to perfection, the Buns taste like homemade that day, all condiments are fresh and tasty. Found this gem via Guy Fieri and could not stop smiling once we entered! This tiki-decorated burger joint has got massive aura. Also the burger names kept making me laugh - they remind me of Bob's Burgers! I ordered the #11 Great Eggspectations. I am not exaggerating when I say that I think this is the best. burger. I've. ever. had. I don't even like hamburgers or any type of sandwich but I SCARFED this big boy down in 5 minutes. The patty is so well-seasoned, JUIIICY, and cooked to a perfect meat temp. Everything about this place was great. The vibe, the cleanliness, the staff and food. My friends and I got the OMG Burger. And OMG is it good! We had the classic hamburger and one with blues cheese and bacon, classic fries and yam fries. All was good except the hamburger meat was disappointingly subpar, dry, mealy, not even a beef taste and odd tasting poor quality beef. Fries were good. They have a large menu with many options so we can only comment on the items we had. Service and atmosphere were very nice. We may return but certainly not for the hamburger unless we hear they have significantly improved the beef quality. read more

Our service was good, not a lot of service once we received our burgers. We wanted to order more but no server around. We had fries and they were tasty and fresh. The restaurant eating area was pretty dirty with nobody keeping tables or floors clean. We were disappointed with the dirty restroom. Just left grill a burger. Terrible experience. I just ordered a grillaburger which comes with tomato alittle onion (I had to order extra) no lettuce and their own mayo sauce. The meat was raw. Red like out of the package red. And cold. Our waiter took our order, then I never saw him again to ask to cook it more. When he brought the bill I showed him the burger(no I couldn't eat it) His answer was you ordered it medium rare and that's how we do it. No apologies. Obviously, I will never go back. Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy the parking plaza was tight and hard to navigate. The restaurant has a lot of seating inside and outside. I had to wait about 5 min and was able to be seated. Be ready they ask for your drink order the minute you are seated. The service here is just okay they seem to be in a rush and gave me a panicked feeling that I needed to be rushed too. The menu is HUGE like 7+ pages long so I needed some time looking at it but the server came by and told me "are you ready because we are really busy if not you're going to have to wait". Of course I was not ready because I had to comb through 8 pages of a textbook font menu... it was not a relaxing environment. When I eventually got a chance to order I got the devils revenge burger, chili cheese fries, full order of lord of the rings, and garlic aioli. Like the server said the food took a while to come out 20+ mins so be ready to wait. The devils revenge burger was good but the meat was a bit dry and the buns were terrible. The buns were too dense and not edible I ended up tossing it. Makes sense when I got seated I noticed many customers tossing the buns. It was not spicy it just had a little kick. The chili cheese fries were good not too salty and the cheese was heavy and gooey. I just wished the fries were crispier they were a bit soggy. The onion rings were fresh hot and delicious the portion size for a full was really small though. The garlic aioli was delicious and you could definitely tastes the garlic. Overall for the expensive price point, rushed ambience, and mediocre food I don't think it's worth it. read more

Have been passing by this place for years now and finally decided to try it. Overall 6/10 the burger patty was well cooked but the bun itself had almost no toast and disintegrated in your mouth when you take a bite. Very heavy handed on the mustard ketchup and mayo, which showed on the soggy bun. The 50/50 fries and onion rings were okay, but covered in grease I couldn't enjoy it. The date shake was also very good but super chunky! A few more seconds in the blender and it would have been perfect. Service was lovely she was very punctual and had a southern sweetness to her. The ambiance inside is great but way too crowded and Smokey from all the cooking. Overall would rate this place 6.5/10, but would most likely head to in n out if I wanted a quality burger instead of here. read more

They have a big menu with lots of crazy names and fun options with unique flavor combinations. We got a plate of avocado fries that were nice big chunks of avocado fried with dipping sauces. Everyone got shakes that were debatably the best out of all the shake store we made in our road trip because they were dense and nearly ice cream. Plus they bring out the extra in a metal cup which is the sign of a great shake. So ultimately it ends up being 2 shakes! The burgers were big and great and I loved the option of the mini burgers. I appreciated all the memorabilia on the walls to the bathroom as well.
