The previous owners of my house about 6 months before selling the place installed a fancy outdoor area with barstool height seating area, under counter fridge (for beers of course), and a $7,000 Fire Magic grill with all the bells and whistles such as rotisserie, smoker, see thru window in the cover, built in lights, etc, etc. Fancy stuff that I definitely am seriously lacking in skill to use. Bob T. has a fire magic grill and he's searing scallops on Himalayan salt blocks.... me... I'm grilling hotdogs and hamburgers. But hey, I look cool doing it. I do clean my grill but even with the occasional cleaning it was getting really grimy. These high end grills can get to over 700 degrees so it really bakes on the grime. I've been grilling on it for over 4 years now so it has had lots of use. The once shiny stainless steel interior became charred black. The fancy see thru window was cloudy with grime. The once clear lights now brownish. No matter how much scrubbing I did I just couldn't get it looking that good. Since this grill cost so much and I know I'd never have another like it if this one ever breaks I needed to get the pros involved. Grill Masters not only takes apart every piece of the grill to clean it but they also inspect everything for any issues. If issues arise they can recommend the parts you need to replace or they'll order and install the parts for you. They also do full replacements. John and Chris showed up on time were frickin' awesome. These guys worked in perfect harmony to turn my disgusting grill into a showroom masterpiece. Chris took all the interior parts such as the grills, "flavor grids", heat shields, and cast iron burners to the front of the house where he set up shop. Tarps laid down to contain the mess, work bench, and power tools. John took off the lid of the grill and then got to work using cleaners, razor blades, steel wool, and power tools. 2.5 hours later they were ready for the reveal. My expectations is the grill would look good but used. What these guys accomplished only a Grill Master could accomplish. It looked brand new. Sun glimmering off every surface inside and out. Crystal clear window. Bright shiny lights. Even the bottom of the thing was shiny and new looking. I was amazed. The uneven heating issue I was having is resolved too. Some of the burner's holes were clogged. If you got a fancy expensive grill I highly recommend these guys. It's not cheap and cost more than the cheap grills I used to buy for my condo but I need to keep that fancy grill going as long as possible so for me it was worth every penny. Had these guys out three years ago for an overhaul as well as convert the grill from Natural Gas to Propane. Was just as happy back then as I am today. Grill is spotless. Would never even know they were here. Not a smudge on the patio or anything. Everything checked out functional wise so just a good deep cleaning. We moved into our house 2 years ago and never had our grill serviced. I finally decided it was time to find someone to tune it up when one of the burners wouldn't light up half the time and we couldn't turn two of the knobs without significant effort. I'm so glad I found Grill Masters! Not only did John and his team do a phenomenal job cleaning and restoring our grill, but they also taught us quite a bit about it. I've never had anything but stainless steel grill grates (and I'm by no means knowledgeable about grills), so I wasn't even AWARE that the grates would be made of anything else! What I thought was just years of food buildup and improper cleaning turned out to be years of RUST on my CAST IRON grates. Who knew?! Not me, that's for sure! We were prepared to replace the grates entirely, but John and the team were able to restore the grates and I've now added oiling the grates to my weekly list of to-dos! These guys are great! Setting up the appointment with John by phone was very easy and he took time to explain how the cleaning is done and what their service fee did or did cover. His tech Ryan was willing to come out on President's Day to do the cleaning and we are so impressed with how clean he was able to get our grill. He did a quick inspection of the grill with me before taking everything apart to clean separately. We ended up needing new grates as the existing ones were past the point of restoration, but Ryan was able to get everything else looking brand new!! Our grill manufacturer no longer makes replacement grates for our model, and Ryan was able to give us an estimate on new grates that Grill Masters could modify slightly to get an OEM fit.
