Excellent customer service, and the patience of a Saint, these grills were not cheap. They even have pizza ovens for outdoors! I was impressed with everything about this place, and I learned something along the way. If you are seriously interested in purchasing a grill that is built to last, go here. They know what they're talking about, and the quality of these bbq grills astounded me. Ask for Mike.

We're new home owners and we got our house only to find out our fireplace wasn't working. Luke came out and removed the difficult to use "electronic ignition pilot system" so we can just use the natural gas line. Later that day, we started smelling gas throughout the second floor. He offered to come out again free of charge to check on it for us. Turns out the valve for the fireplace is faulty and we have to get it replaced and the seller must have just put the electronic ignition pilot system on as a "bandaid" fix to stop the leaking (sketch). Luke helped us identify the leak and really went above and beyond to help us out as new home owners (steps to take, referral to a plumber, etc). We'll definitely be back if we need any fireplace help in the future and would refer him out to anyone that needs him!

Before placing my order, I even called to confirm that the fireplace was in stock, and I was told it was. It has now been three weeks, and my order still hasn't shipped. I have called over and over, with my calls repeatedly being ignored. I finally managed to get someone on the phone, and they apologized, admitted that the fireplace had not shipped, and told me it should ship the following week. I explained that this delay was causing me additional costs because I had contractors scheduled to install it, and now I would have to pay to have them come back out. They told me they would discuss what they could do to help offset those additional costs and would get back to me. Of course, they never called me back. And now they are once again avoiding my calls. I completely understand that delays happen, but what is unacceptable is advertising 2-5 business day shipping, confirming an item is in stock before purchase, failing to ship it for three weeks, and then refusing to communicate with the customer. Save yourself the headache and think twice before ordering from this company. I wish I had.

If possible, I would leave this establishment zero stars. We hired this company to come out and…read moreevaluate. estimate and ultimately repair an older high end barbecue grill and rotisserie. The person who came to inspect the grill seemed legitimate- he wrote up a rather vague estimate, several thousand dollars, inclusive of parts and labor and cleaning. The day of work, some random young kid shows up, not the person who evaluated the grill and assured us he would the work. The person who did the work was awful. They Added on parts and costs that were not estimated and the bill came out much higher than the estimate. The work was shoddy. They damaged my grill (one of the valves leaked and so fire, literal fire, would heat up the entire surface where flame controls and the handle were. It was unusable, They used inferior parts worse than the ones I had- and I didnt need them! They did this to avoid the work of cleaning I was paying for and it also afforded them the ability to charge more, . the first day I tried to use the grill after this, the knobs fell off. Literally. I should have seen this as an omen but decided to grill. I burned my hands badly after the preheat of the grill. Why? Because underneath the user surface, flame was coming out of a faulty union between valve and gas. so it essentially turned the control console and handle into a grill- and that was the only one that worked anyway! We were charged for parts we didnt need and were not told about. The estimate included our high quality steel made in America grill parts and not simply swap in new inferior asian parts. On top of that, the gril grates s were installed wrong. one was bent and fell onto the new ceramic elements we had cracking one. The "cleaning" was awful (I use this word generously) being incomplete and poor. After all this and my trying to get support after sending photos etc....they hounded us to pay the invoice saying their work "was assured". Whatever. THEY DO NOT SUPPORT YOU OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK/CHARGES AT ALL. I took photos of the poor (and dangerous) work with the gas valves. I took photos of all. I showed the flame coming out from the faulty union to the gas and how one could not see It turning the control surface into a literal frying pan. This incompetence actually Burned the metal of our grill ruining it. The complete lack of support, failure to reply, lying, and ineptitude is not something I can convey easily, It was THAT bad. They would accept no responsibility, denied receiving the digital pics sent, would not explain the pricing/differences, and provided to "support".. They would not acknowledge any fault "saying how do we know you didn't do all this damage using the grill between the service and now. You may not have maintained it." Really? It was 2 months since the service- I thought that is what I hired you for???? Did I need to have another group come service the grill after you before I used it for the first time. Morons. If you are thinking of using these high geniuses as your service providers....trust me and do yourself a favor- find some kinds around where you live ages 8-10, pay them $50 bucks and say "have at it" and the job you will receive will be far better than anything these "professionals" purport to offer. Liars and thieves. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.......far elsewhere. Anywhere elsewhere.

While he was here, he also installed a damper clamp that we didn't realize was missing, which brought the fireplace up to code. Before calling Fireplace Doctor, we had another company come out. They made the situation sound much more serious and tried to convince us we needed a completely new fireplace unit because they claimed our setup was dangerous. Mike calmly explained why that wasn't the case and helped put our minds at ease. We really appreciated his knowledge, integrity, and the time he spent walking us through everything.

Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

If you want your old BBQ to look new or are just in the market for a new BBQ, this is the company to work with. I had an old BBQ that I wanted cleaned up. These guys had done my brother's BBQ and it looked like new when they were finished. Unfortunately, I ruptured the gas manifold when pulled it out. They tried to find a replacement part but, couldn't what they needed for a 16 year old BBQ (In all fairness, I spent two days on line looking for the part and couldn't find it either!) So, they helped me select a new BBQ. They were great at making sure I didn't get any more than I needed and indeed, convinced me to go with a less expensive model than I was initially looking at. In addition, they talked me out of the bells and whistles that I didn't need to help me keep costs down. Also, they were great at calling me and keeping me up to date as to when they were arriving and the progress of the installation. Purchase and installation of the BBQ took two days. BBQ Repair Pros recently repaired my 16 year old, built-in Viking 30" natural gas barbecue. First of all, they were responsive. I called them on a Saturday and the owner came out in less than 2 hours to diagnose the lighting problem (s), prepare a quote, and set an installation/repair date for the following Monday. They replaced the burners, the regulator, and the ignitor system. My barbecue was fully operational by mid-week. They were reasonable, easy to work with, and most importantly, they repaired and cleaned my barbecue to my satisfaction. It heats up much faster than before and looks like new. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them highly. I was originally considering buying a new barbecue due to the age and condition of my old one. I recently used BBQ Repair Pros to refurbish my 13 year old Fire Magic Grill. We like to grill frequently, so after 13 years of use it was time for a complete makeover. To complicate matters, one of my kids put the cover on while the grill was still on...melting the cover to the grill. Yikes! BJ came to my house, assessed the damage, and gave me an estimate. The quote was itemized, so I was able to customize my refurbishment and control costs. Prior to BBQ Pros, I had obtained another quote from a competitor. BBQ Pros was able to save me more than $700, in part because they knew that Fire Magic offers a lifetime warranty on certain components. I couldn't have been more pleased with the products and services from BBQ Repair Pros. We renovated a 25 year old BBQ island. They recommended products that required minimal redo of the existing island that fit wonderfully and were much better than our originals. They repaired existing cooking appliances instead of replacing when they felt they could be saved. The tile and brick work needed were well done and we love the new BBQ. BBQ Repair Pros are excellent! We have used them for the past few years and could not be happier - and how often can you say that. Edourado is professional, knowledgeable & so polite. This is the best service group I have ever had at my house. BJ came first and checked out my grill. It was really a really dirty mess and a bunch of things needed to be fixed. He fixed my ignighters on the spot and scheduled the cleaning. The cleaning guy spent hours taking everything apart and restored it to like new condition. These guys are great. I had them come out and change out some burners and basically just get the bbq back up. I have a nice Viking but was in bad state of repair. They cleaned it, replaced some parts and basically got it up like new. Whenever I had some questions or needed some adjustment, they responded immediately to text, even on Sunday, and came to the house right away to fix the issue. BJ came over and gave a free estimate on my grand turbo grill. He was the first to give an estimate and his price was reasonable. They cleaned up my grill and replaced the knobs. Cleaned the two burner stove and replaced the gas rings which looked sharp. Cleaned up the stainless steel tub as well. Also on the return trip replaced the black knobs with stainless steel looking knobs that really came out nice. No extra charge on the return trip. Everything works and burns much cleaner. I have used BBQ Repair Pros twice. We bought our home near the beach five years ago and the built in BBQ and fire pit were in bad shape. They came and did their magic. Unfortunately, the ocean air takes its toll and both were not functioning well again. Valves were difficult to turn, lines were clogged and the fire pit had developed a gas leak. The brass burners on my 10+ year old Lynx grill were breaking down and there were several other issues including broken hood springs and problems igniting the grill. I was ready to buy a new/replacement grill but thought I'd first see if repairing it was an option. I called Lynx and they referred BBQ Repair Pros. The feller that come to our house is a fine Gent! He works very hard too! We are extremely happy with his work. Get's up at 5 AM and gets back to the shop after working and driving for 12 hrs+!! I have worked with BJ for many years now. His cleaning service is excellent, my Lynx freestanding BBQ looks new after every cleaning. I recently ran into a rodent problem eating my wires. BBQ Repair pros repaired all the wiring and replace parts that were in need, my Lynx is over 10 years old and cooks as good as it looks. I regret hiring this company. I spent well over $1,000.00 on repair of my grill including a new LED…read morelight harness, switches, burners, etc. Everything they recommended and told me I needed. About a year after install of the parts from pro grill, the LED lights begin to fail and then stop working completely after a year and a half. I used the grill less than 5 times since their work so noticing wasn't highest on my agenda. When I realized the lights were completely out, it was a year and a half time from date of repair. I reach out to pro grill for help. The first person (didn't get his name) wanted and tried to help and said they'd be getting back to me. No one ever did. I had to reach out 3 different times over the span of a month. They'd respond after a week or so to each email or voicemail left. I felt back burnered, no pun intended. If it's not a new sale, they don't care. It's as simple as that, that's how I feel. They finally emailed me back saying it would cost around $200 for them to come look at my grill and then give me a price on what's wrong and what it will cost to fix. My blood boiled reading that. After spending this kind of money with them on a bbq repair and they don't have the decency to come look and see what failed in their install? LED lights are meant to last a VERY long time. Not a year or year and a half and only using them less than a handful of times. I called them immediately after receiving that email and talked with someone that said, my issue is above his pay grade and told me he'll let the manager know. I asked when I can expect that call and he didn't know. The manager calls me shortly after the call. We speak about the issue, and how I feel. He tells me they don't warranty anything they sell or install. Huh? You charge people thousands of dollars and have no stand behind on the work or the parts you install? Why would anyone use you after learning that? You don't learn that they don't cover it until you need their help though, that's the deal. I tell the manager how displeased I am with the whole experience. Taking weeks if not a month to get back to me, no responsibility taken, making me pay even after a month of trying to just speak with someone at your company, just to have your guy come back and look at their install and parts you sold me, and sell me the same service and part again? No thanks. He finally says, ok, we'll have someone come by and look at it for free for you but if it needs new parts we will not cover that or install. Great thanks, when can I expect that? Our office will call you to schedule. Great thanks a lot. Never heard from them again. That was over a week ago. To the ownership: listen to your customers frustrations. Try and help or solve the issue. Don't shut them down. Improve your communication. Why is it taking weeks to respond to an email or voicemail when a customer has an issue with your service? I bet if I needed a new service of some sort, you'd be Johnny on the spot. Improve manager training, and if who I spoke to is the owner, that's a shame because you failed on every aspect of customer service. Your staff failed in properly communicating and responding, then when it got escalated to management, you did nothing to help solve the issue and what you said you would do, you didn't do and I never heard back from you forcing me to express my experience. To new customers, there's lots of great companies out there, make sure you do your research and choose the right one.
